Every time I order from this location, it’s a complete madhouse. I placed an order recently and told them to add a note that my wife has a pineapple allergy and not to cut it. I have them repeat my previous order the next time, and the note was apparently never added, and therefore was not on this order. I explained that my wife is allergic to pineapple and we can’t chance it being cut with a cutter that’s been used on a pineapple pizza, and after spending years working for Dominos as a manager myself I know from experience that their pizza cutters are NOT changed as often as they are legally supposed to be and it is almost guaranteed that the cutter that’s on the cut table at any given time most likely has been used with pineapple after sitting there for several hours. I apologized to the employee and explained the situation, and he says there’s no note, and it’s already cut. He then proceeds as normal. I ask him what I’m supposed to do when my wife has an allergic reaction due to it being cut, and his response was, “Well, I guess I could remake it, but it’ll take like 15 more minutes.” The remake ended up taking upwards of 25 minutes. Number one, the oven takes 6 minutes. Number two, as a former Dominos manager, remakes always get jumped ahead of orders, as they are older than the orders currently on the screen. Number three, when in doubt, ALWAYS REMAKE. The experience I’ve had with Dominos as a manager and the experience I’ve had with this Dominos as a customer are astronomically different. The laziness, attitude, and absolute lake of respect or regard for anything around them is nothing short of insulting. The entire management staff needs to be fired and the entire store retrained. Read moreI called to let them know I got the apartment number wrong when I placed the order. I've been on hold for eight long minutes. Also, when following my tracker, my order didn't even go IN the oven until AFTER the window in which it was supposed to already be delivered. I probably won't order again. I'm a single mom and I do pizza every once in awhile because I'm exhausted and need something easy. I really don't need one more headache. The call was finally answered. Apparently delivery times are 90 minutes and not the 34 I was quoted online. You know what, I've worked in food and beverage for 12 years... I GET that things change based on events like tonight's Floyd/Mayweather fight. What I think is completely unacceptable is KNOWING that your online wait quotes are wrong and NOT updating your customers. Who are just sitting around hungry. And when I call my only option was to cancel my order. No iffer of recompense for the trouble and miscommunication. I suppose since I hold myself to an atleast basic standard of guest service in my line of work, I expect that when I spend money as well. You don't even owe me extraordinary. Just what I've paid for would be lovely. And if you f* it up, offer even just a modest form of restitution.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any restaurant, let alone a Domino’s. I called to address an issue with my order, and the person who answered claimed to be a manager but refused to provide a name. They said they were putting me on hold—only they didn’t. Instead, I was left on the line while they lied to another employee about what I said.
The original issue I called about was ignored and completely misconstrued. The next person who picked up was just as unhelpful, making excuses and refusing to deal with the real problem. Without warning, they passed me off again—yet another person also claiming to be a manager—who got defensive, offered no solution, and then abruptly hung up after issuing a refund.
The core issue? At 6:25 PM, my order was marked as “out for delivery” when it clearly was not. I provided proof, and instead of addressing it, they got combative and dismissive. When I referenced a previous bad experience, they didn’t care at all.
Even if this store ever tried to “make it right,” I won’t be back. No customer deserves to be treated this way—ignored, lied to, and hung up on. This is a complete failure in basic customer service and...
