I just wanted a quick burger on the way downtown today. I was expecting friendly service, but they really missed the mark. One is clearly expected to have the menu memorized and to understand exactly what they want when they pull up to order.
Given that I do not eat a lot of fast food and rarely at this brand, it took me a moment to read the menu but apparently, that was unacceptable - and there was NO ONE behind me. She demanded to know my name - for what purpose?
I asked for a cheeseburger and asked for no mustard and no tomato. I would have brought it back for a refund if I had not been running late or if I had been allowed to check the order before I pulled away. No tomato but mustard everywhere in the way that a toddler would put extra mustard on just to be mean when someone said they did not like it - just gross and inedible.
I did not want or ask for fries or a drink, but I was not given a choice - the soda was spilled all over the outside of the cup and the fries were disgusting. Almost $12 on food that I ended up throwing out.
Styrofoam? Really?
Apparently, I am a security risk as the window was locked when I pulled up to pay and I had to sit there waiting for someone to decide to notice me, again it was not busy. She just about threw my food at me and glared when I started to open the bag to check the order.
She took my receipt and threw it out in front of me, saying, oh you don't want this - I guess that she did not want me to fill out the survey specific to my order.
Last summer I stopped at a location in another state and the service was so much better - I explained that I had never eaten there before and that person was happy to help me get what I wanted to eat and did not glare at me but was kind to...

Read moreCool place to sit and eat. I had the single cheeseburger meal. Everyone is super friendly and they wear old school hopper hats. You go up and order, they give you your drink cups (self serve coke products) right away. Their specialty sauce is good you can get packets of it by requesting them. Self service for the ketchup pumpit in those little white cuppys. Admit that it’s fun and you got too many it’s okay. Mostly booth sitting and the lights are brite white so bring a hat if you are a creature of darkness like me. The food is so yummy it has this crunch to it fries are still good later cold or reheat them . I forgot to order a milkshake this time but I’m remembering they were yummy as well. I do not eat out a lot so I appreciate good food for my money. This place doesn’t take forever to make the food and when it’s done they announce your number it’s on the top of your receipt so don’t toss it in your purse and have to dig about forever while the announcement is repeated and you go up to get it and the announcement person is like whoa we thought we had a lost guest we almost called the in and out search party. You are welcome. Self serve clear your own table although a team member is in the dining area usually and stops by to check in on you and will take your tray if you wanted. Don’t forget to refill your coke on the way out. The ice is those hollow circles that (in my opinion) are just super rad I don’t know why maybe you do? I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture, but here are some bun crumbs sprinkled...
