This is an amazing place. They really go above and beyond to help me stay healthy. If I need anything, they deliver it out to me, meet me curbside, and masked up always making me feel safe! Whenever they aren’t open, I call them and they open just me on Christmas, New Years, literally any day! It is crazy how much these guys care about their customers. You are in the right hands here. I had no clue this place has been open for 11 years. With that being said, it's right on a main street but set back a bit. When I was googling places, they showed up, but when I walked in it's not what I was expecting. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that it is a fitness studio with a shake bar, which is how I would describe it.
