Absolutely the best place I've ever been to get my nails done!!! The staff are nice, knowledgeable, and pay attention to detail. They have even worked out ways to save their clients time when getting multiple services. It only took an hour to receive a standard manicure and a deluxe pedicure! They were also the first salon I've been to that actually used the hot stones for massage the pedicure package includes. They definitely go the extra mile to make it a unique experience. The tray they brought the pedicure materials out on was even nicely decorated with flowers! AND the best part was the cleanliness! Everything has been recently upgraded from the massage chairs to the sinks to wash your hands. I wish I had taken pictures but the experience was one to just immerse...

I just went to get my nails done with almond shape and a French tip with gel. I showed a picture exactly what I wanted and did not receive anything close to what I asked for. The “tip” was the acrylic extensions, which anyone knows should be polish although there was no white nail polish included. I went back in to ask them to please fix it or just put full white nail polish, where the man gave me a nasty look and told me they looked fine. My mom then called them and he told her that he doesn’t care about 3 times and told my dad that it was my fault because I didn’t explain it well, even though I showed a picture. The chair made the experience tons better, being that my appts for my nails and lashes are ALWAYS FANTASTIC!!
