Viva Burrito CO — Restaurant in Tucson

I am done with this establishment! Every time I order a meat burrito I get a potato burrito with a sprinkling of bits of meat. If I wanted a potato burrito I would order a potato burrito. I want meat in my carne asada burrito with a sprinkling of potato. When your paying for a meat burrito, it should be meat with small amounts of additional condiments. I am also tired of the employees laziness. My last visit there I ordered 3 shredded beef tacos (tiny bits of meat as always). Because in the past I have gotten all the way home and there has been no salsa put in the bag or box, I checked my order and once again-there was zero salsa for the tacos. I asked the clerk; "Who doesn't use salsa on their tacos?". His response, "The tray was empty". That was his reason for not giving me salsa. WOW such considerate service. Funny thing, there was plenty of salsa pre-packaged in the back refrigerator according the the staff he worked with. Amazing the lack of customer care and service. I have lived in this neighborhood for 16 years and this establishment has gone down hill in the quality of food and customer service year by year. What...

When I want a fantastic Mexican omelette breakfast burrito I come here. But tonight's experience was not the best and pretty much ruined my night. I went thru the drive thru, placed my order and drove up to the window, as I am about to pay the person working the window and asked me again what i ordered, like they did not get my order. After paying I was asked to wait ij n the front for my order,so i did. After waiting about 5 minutes with 2 other ppl waiting to order the guy comes out and says they dont have what they need to make my burrito,really couldn't you have told me when I was paying or when I ordered. This place needs to get shut down this is crazy ridiculous they over-charge for their food and it's nothing but Grease and it's nothing what we ordered nobody speaks any English here it's just ridiculous after we ordered our door in the drive thru i walked up and asked if I can use their bathroom to wash my hands,.
