It was super weird, I went in for a pedicure and I was getting ready to sit down when the guy was adding water to the tub and I just asked if they use the plastic around it since that’s what I thought they all do and he said no I ask okay then how does the Jets get cleaned then and he said we clean it and I asked a girl who was getting her nails done if she’s gotten a pedicure thinking if someone has gotten one then there should be no nail fungus issues. The guy said “you don’t have to be here” I was pulling up my leggings and he started draining the water. I said why are you saying that. I’m not allowed to ask questions? It’s fine I’m gonna sit on the chair” and he finished draining the water and basically told me to leave and that “I asked for too much”. Sorry I don’t want nail fungus. It was really weird. I didn’t even raise my voice I was really nice. I don’t understand why I can’t ask questions. I guess they will miss out on my huge tip I’m used to giving. Don’t go here they don’t like you asking questions and when I was selecting nail polish they really smelled like additives and very little color options. Weird! So I went near by to Nail Time. Much cleaner and nicer people better colors and they used the plastic cover and even the little powders to add in the water. Nail Time guy told me it’s standard to use the plastic covers everywhere and that he didn’t have to be rude over there.

Reader BEWARE:Make sure you ask what you're being charged for before saying yes to a service that should already be included at no extra charge. Was charged $12 dollars just to cut my cuticles before my full acrylic set and that was called a manicure. Are you kidding me!!! Came here based on google reviews and was not impressed by the end. My hands were literally soaked in water for less than 30 seconds before the cuticle clipping started. NO CLEAN TOOLS, Worn down and dirty nail files. Drills were worn down and filthy. I had to balance the nail dryer on my legs to paint my hands while i got a 3 minute gel pedicure which cost $38. My calluses and heels were not taken care of either. Just look at the pictures. I had to mention it 2 before it was addressed. I will not be going back. Overall... $95 spent. I want my money back

I have had such a hard time finding a good nail salon in Tucson that isn't too far from home. I came here for the first time today without knowing much about it. I was nervous because I tried calling four times to make an appointment and no one answered, so I decided to just drive there and pray they would have time to do my fill. They were very busy when I walked in (around 10:30 am on Friday) but they sat me right down and got to work. The man who did my fill was very gentle and precise. The shape looks great and even, and I am very happy with the end result (I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to my nails). I definitely plan on returning!

So as a male makeup artist, I’m super picky about how my nails look n wear. I have been to multiple multiple salons around town, and have never received such good service as fair as the nails go. Not sure of their names, but a nice gentleman proceeded to start my full set of stiletto nails. No more than two mins later, another female tech kinda took over as she noticed maybe some things could have been improved. Needless to say both of them worked on my hands and she perfected them. Mind you I just asked for the acrylic, no polish. And chyle, she was so thorough and precise let me tell you. Especially as a guy most places are super fast and careless about my nails. But for having to go to this place out of convenience, highly impressed with who I worked with. Ask for what you want people, they’ll deliver, but you can’t get home snd complain if u dint pipe...
