Whether early or late night, rain or sh8ne, Marco's never fails to deliver (no pun intended). Ever since we first tried them, they have become a favorite of ours. Be sure to sign up for their points system and for exclusive offers as this is how you can get the best deals.
Quality control had never been an issue. Everything is made to order how you like it. You get quality ingredients, a good amount of toppings, and a variety of options to choose from when it comes to crusts, flavor enhancers, etc.
Their sauce has a spicy kick compared to others, which tend to be on the sweeter side. I order extra sauce all the time because of its flavor.
You can't go wrong with any of the pepperoni styles they offer. I highly recommend the triple pepperoni magnifico. They have a great selection of meats and veggie options as well, dipping sauces and crust flavors, or if you like extra cheese options like my son enjoys, they have that covered too. And you have to try the Mike's Hot Honey drizzle when you can. It's a flavor enhancer, for sure.
And for those wanting something besides pizza as well, they have that covered too with their assortment of sides and desserts. Sometimes, my son won't want pizza, but he will never pass up on their cheese bread options. Wings are always a plus, or a salad or sandwich. And they have deals where you can mix and match or bundle items together from time to time.
The inside shop is always clean, with a few tables and chairs. The environment can be busy, of course, but the staff is always courteous. It was very well kept and organized and never loud. Delivery service is also great if you decide to stay in.
Prices are hit and miss for some, but I say splurge on Marco's rather than other chains because you get more bang for your buck and better quality. The specials tend to change every so often, so be sure to check in every so often and take the opportunity to try even the most basic of pizza for the experience. And as I said, be sure to sign up for deals, promotions, and their point system, which unlocks rewards like other chains.
Overall, 5 stars across the board. It's always a good time...
Read moreWhy would a company pay for direct mass mailing with coupons and then not honor them? I called the Golf Links store to order pizza with a coupon code. After the store would not honor because the coupon was for on line orders, I understood and went on line to order my pizzas. After booting up my computer, going to the Marcos and locating the appropriate store, their website gave me an error message indicating that there was a problem with the store receiving an on line order and to call the store directly.
I called back and let them know there was a problem with their on line system. The kid on the phone said if I could give the driver the coupon, he was sure they would take it. A moment later, he said, no. The manager said they would not deliver at that price. I said it was not my problem that their system was not working and they needed to honor their coupon. Again back and forth with me and the kid through the manager, instead of the manager being professional and talking directly with me. I let the kid know I would order elsewhere and, rest assured, I will NEVER order anything from this chain again.
There are a lot of pizza joints in this town. I recommend that Marcos train their managers how to handle very simple situations when they have technical difficulties, to honor their ads, and work directly with their customers instead of round-robin-style through their...
Read moreThis place has the potential to actually have good pizza. But never order delivery. On numerous occasions I have ordered pizza for delivery and always recieve it an hour and a half to two and a half hours later. Typically the box is hot from sitting in a warmer and the pizzas are cold to were the cheese is hard. When I pick up the pizzas I never have this problem. When I had spoken with the corporate representatives they stated that they were shocked and there's nothing they can do since it is an owned franchise. Each time I order for delivery, I always say I'm never going to order again and the same thing happens. The last time I called in an hour after it was delivered and some kid manager said we only have one driver and it will be a half hour to 45 minutes more. I was pissed at this point, I had already paid for the pizza, delivery, and a generous tip. And, I cant get that back. I think what kills me the most is I'm literally 3 minutes away and I could have placed 8 orders and picked them up by the time I recieved my delivery..... oh,... and they never have parmesan cheese. I truly understand food cost and contol,.. but to always be out of cheese is ridiculous for a pizza restaurant. This place needs improvement in management as well as with employees. Chef...
