I'm taking 2 stars off since these "humans" can do better. 1) Poor attention to detail. I consistently receive cheese when I always order none, sometimes I catch it before leaving, other times I am too tired to drive back upon discovering the "mistake" at home. I usually resort to letting the issue go if I am at home, or simply ask for staff to replace the order with no cheese if I haven't left yet. 2) Poor customer service. I spoke with Eduardo, one of the managers, who repeatedly interrupted me to invalidate my experience by reassuring me their staff are "human and make mistakes". When a mistake occurs, you learn from it and do better, but once the mistake becomes habit, there is a larger issue at hand. This McDonald's has become comfortable with their mediocre service and doesn't seem to be interested in long term improvement. As a business, let alone manager, they need to be receptive to their mistakes, no matter if it's "the first time [they're] hearing about it" or not. My experience as a customer is no less valid than the people who work there, and for a manager to defend his employee's below-standard performance is just disappointing to say the least. If you want poor service from inexperienced staff whose management is reluctant to push to...
Read moreEdward is Awesome! The kiosk did not print a receipt. I asked an employee to print one, and they had to ask for help because they were new, and then the person helping them had to also ask. Edward seems to be the expert in all things here, and he is Super nice. He was nice to my little kids as soon as we entered the restaurant. This isn't the 1st time we've been here, and the several times we have been here, Edward has gone above and beyond what I've ever experienced at ANY restaurant ANYWHERE. If I were in a hiring position, I would definitely hire this guy! I will definitely be back to this location whenever I have my kids. As a single father, I am often stressed and overwhelmed. I resort to McDonald's more often than I should. I don't know if Edward just notices I'm stressed each time, or if he's honestly like this ALL the time; either way I VERY MUCH appreciate his friendly service, help with my kids, and apparent expertise as to all things with this establishment. Thank you, Edward.
Karla was also very nice and...
Read moreTo celebrate Grimace’s birthday, I wanted to get his new birthday meal. I was excited, even receiving an invitation from Grimace to join in. However, I was told that they DONT HAVE IT.
Sure, no big deal on the surface. This location can be a bit finicky anyway. My issue is this: Why bother advertising his birthday if you don’t have the items? It’s literally on your burnt, damaged screens that it’s his birthday and there’s a new combo to celebrate. Cover it up or leave a note then? This is a first-world problem, but I know I won’t be the only person to ask. Grimace is better than this. We’re ruining his wonderful name.
Usually, I have no issues with this place. It McDonalds - it’ll never be perfect, but it’s consistent. That’s why we eat there (and it somewhat inexpensive). Maybe fix the screens or leave more notes? Either way, Im disappointed I couldn’t celebrate my dear...
