McDonald's — Restaurant in Tucson

Went last night after work. Ordered food for me, my girlfriend and her dad. A big Mac meal,20 chicken nuggets (Charged us for only 10 because he “ Couldn’t hear anything we were saying” even though we were yelling), A burger and some fries. I don’t know where to even begin with the experience that we had. We got off at seven we were done paying and we were told to pull around to the corner at 7:05. We sat in the waiting area for 20 to 25 minutes waiting for our food. When they came out with a bag of food after 10 minutes we were OK and they told us that our food still wasn’t ready and gave this big bag to the people behind us. They said they’ll find out why our food wasn’t ready another 15 minutes went by and I was about to go inside to just ask for our money back. When they gave us our food fries were half for the food was cold and they “ through in an apple pie for the inconvenience. “ I don’t like complaining or anything especially knowing people that I know either work with me will probably see this or whatever but I I had to. I just felt like they didn’t really respect us enough to tell us that it was gonna take a while or some thing other than the way that it went. I’ve had good luck here. Usually fairly quick and no mistakes. Only thing is they pretty much always make you pull around the building and park to wait even if it’s like midnight and not one person behind you. I don’t like that they make the employees have to walk the food out when nobody else even pulled up behind and they could have had me at the window without holding anybody up. Obviously walking food outside isn’t hard to do but I can imagine it gets pretty annoying to employees doing it 50 times a day. When sometimes it literally is only making the customer wait longer and the employee do more work. I think this is one of those tone deaf things set forth by whichever employees DONT have to walk food outside. I only order curbside pickup now because I feel foolish ordering online to have them tell me to pull around and wait. Reading other reviews apparently there is some manager here who decided this is a good idea. Maybe they think it looks good like they’re making food fresh but it really makes you seem incompetent...

My husband and I went went through the drive thru around 12:00 pm not busy at all. Ordered a #5 McNugget meal, also a small fry and 2 cheeseburgers and 2 lg drinks. Paid over $17 . When the girl at the 2 nd window was giving my husband a vanilla cone he said we didn’t order that, she asked if he paid cash or with a card. He said with a card , she asked for his card to give him a refund, which he gave it to her. She said to go around and they will bring his card out. We waited for little while, he parked and went inside to get his card and his lg coke they forgot. He came out gave him the refund his card and his coke. When we got home to eat our food the McNugget meal was cold and the nuggets and the fries tasted old had to throw it away. My small fries were cold tasted old. The only thing that was tasted ok were the cheeseburgers. What a waste of our money. Won’t be going...
