McDonald's — Restaurant in Tucson

I am unhappy with this location. They were out of tomatoes but failed to mention they were out. We ordered two deluxe crispy chicken sandwich meals. When we got home we realized we did not get what we paid for. There was just sparse lettuce and some spread. It’s supposed to have tomatoes and what not. I called while I was on my way back and the manager said they are telling people they don’t have tomatoes. No one said that and if they did why would we pay extra for a deluxe if you don’t even get what a deluxe has. The manager asked for the food back and said he can make the regular crispy chicken meals. I said that I wanted the difference refunded at first he was reluctant but I had to explain to him that it makes no sense to pay for a deluxe if you aren’t getting a deluxe sandwich. It’s the principal and I understand there is a shortage on inventory and people make mistakes but the way it was handled was disappointing. I was shocked to see numerous flies inside this McDonald's and it was absolutely disgusting and dirty. You can walk in this McDonald's and look for yourself at all the flies on the windows and tables and I would never eat there again.

I told the cashier about all the flies and she agreed and said it was because of the doors that open and close. I told her that was no excuse because other McDonald's are very clean.

It is obvious that the management of this McDonald's does not take pride in their restaurant or the health conditions. There were two homeless men sleeping on the benches by the bathrooms in the back using the plugs in the wall to charge their phones and nobody could sit there.

This McDonald's should be under review for health conditions. If a McDonald's management reads this review I hope you do something about these health conditions. I never complain about restaurants but this one was disgusting with numerous...

They aren't necessarily the worst but aren't the best in terms of customer service and that's as far as McDonald's goes. They weren't awful but there was one point I was there eating my food on the side of the restaurant behind where the servers at the cash registers are and I just kept getting the sense of being looked at multiple times slowly and things being said in Spanish about me because perhaps I was taking a bit too long to enjoy my meal before I decided to head back after I had done some shopping at Target but I definitely felt an awkward vibe in there that I can't explain and would be premature convention and odd vibe of seeming racism that I felt. I also must add that there are a multitude of Spanish phrases and terminology that I quickly remember and reference due to my partner speaking fluent Spanish.
