My sister ordered two orange chicken and walnut shrimp with chow main and one teriyaki chicken with basing chicken chow main. She paid with her husband's credit card. Any ways we showed up around 9:30 pm. And when we walked in told them our name and it was a online order. She said I'm still making your order and asked us if our order has eggrolls with it. We said no that it was for William. She said oh this isn't your other. So they found out order already bagged up and said there was two orders with the name Williams. They did not read order back to my sister and I. So we ger home and it's terriyaki chicken all three meals, first of all I don't eat meat with fat on it, I've been ordering the orange chicken and walnut shrimp with chow main for over 10!years. I've never order different never. By the time we noticeced it was already 10:30 they closed. So we went into store today to make it right , and the manager who doesn't speak English told me no she will not replace the food she had to give us teriyaki chicken again, no if they would of read order back then we would of said no . And they would of made me the the correct order. There is a language barrier. And some prejeidism in play cuz I'm a loyal customer and love your food. And she was rude. Didn't take us aside she continued to argue in front of customers. I think she was unprofessional and playing greedy with her food I had receipt pictures of food and still a no! I have been dealing with her for months, and I have to say, I will ONLY deal with her...she is totally on-the-ball, she always has a great attitude, a wonderful smile on her face, and in my opinion, she consistently goes above and beyond to provide me with the utmost customer service...I really wish she was the Manager of this location, as the current Manager of this location is completely incompetent IMO.
