Horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service, i don't understand. These people make $18 + an hour but they hate and make faces when you ask them for something after you already order food. To the girl working drive thru last night, if asking for a courtesy water is gonna get you so upset, baby girl you need to look for another job that pays you less because your customer service is beyond POOR. I could've pay for the water if that was the problem, just like you charge me $2 for a cup with just ICE. I know you know what you did, because after you handed me the cup with only just Ice, you and your Co-workers stared giggling. It's like if you were letting them know what you were doing and they all thought it was so funny. You are so disrespectful! I have been to many In-N-Outs, and this one has the ability to be one of the best. In the first couple of days, the “dream team” is in town training the new staff, so the service is great. I’m expecting the level to stay pretty high because of the work force and pool in the area. The location of this restaurant is perfect! It is in a high traffic area right off the highway heading south to Mexico and north toward downtown Tucson. It is surrounded by a lot of competition; however, the high quality of product In-N-Out puts out will keep the restaurant full and busy. I am so happy for the south side of Tucson to finally have a chance to enjoy the best burgers, fries, and shakes in the game! My first visit to an In-N-Out Burger restaurant was at the 1100 W Irvington Rd, Tucson, AZ 85714 location. I was thoroughly impressed! This is my best fast food burger experience in years. Old school feel, no ordering machine to reduce human interaction. Very clean, very professional staff, people handling food were wearing gloves and everyone was wearing head covering. Add to all that, it's reasonably priced, and less than the leading fast food burger place that we all know and love less and less. I had the double-double secret menu protein burger.
