I am quite impressed how some businesses continue to exist when their service is as bad as this place.

A couple friends and I attended this bar as I was visiting their town and they thought I would enjoy the ambience. It was all ok, until one of the busboys took my glass with half my shot of Bailey's. Of course, he saw the glass with just "one finger" of drink in it (as they explained is usually how they do it) and took the glass while I was in the bathroom. But hey! It's one ounce of drink in a wide cup, how much would it seem to be?? No one wanted to take responsibility.

Then, my friend ordered me a shot of Malibu, to make up for my missing drink, but I am driving, so I went to the bar and told the bartender not to serve the drink, but the waitress said: "I already ordered it", and I replied: "It has not been served, so please don't. I am driving today, and I do not want to drink anything else". The waitress ("Mony") got VERY upset, saying she cannot cancel it from the tab, so I told her "I can talk to the manager if necessary, I am sure s/he will understand that I am driving".

A few minutes later, "Mony" showed up to our table, requesting my friends to pay the tab and for the two of them to move to the bar, as I had been rude to her and I had to go as I am not drinking. My friends looked at her, and knowing that I am NEVER disrespectful to anyone, told her that she must have "misunderstood" my words. But she insisted on having the tab paid for. One of them picked up the bill.

When I requested the details of the charges, the 'not-served-nor-drank' Malibu was there! I talked to the manager, and he said: "You should have talked to me before paying! Now, I can't do nothing."

So, there you go potential customers, Ojos Lokos Tucson does not care if it causes an accident, as long as everyone at the table is drinking, cause they WANT their trade going!

Went there with our family and friends for a nice lunch day, the beer was ice cold and the food was good. But while we were there the power went out. Now we didn't mind as we had our drinks and thought it was just a rolling brownout. But it wasn't it was their building which is fine. I understand when power outages can happen in a kitchen or breakers pop. But after 20 mins we were wondering what was going on. So we asked and not much information other then this has happened before was given us. We asked if we could order more beer and we were told they couldn't because they couldn't ring it up. So we said well ask your manager if you could just write it down and we will square it away after. during that time no one was allowed to order anything. After about 45 mins we were getting tired of waiting and said he well we don't have cash so can we just leave and the literally said NO, The waitress said she'd get in trouble if people left, well they had no power no internet and couldn't give people drinks, or order food. Then the manager finally said yes we can write down your orders and get you drinks. So we did. And after almost an hour or more the power finally turned on. we order another round of drinks. And asked if anyone was given any discount due to the inconvenience. They said NO. So not only were we not allowed to order drinks, or food. But then people were being told the waitresses would get in trouble if people started leaving. And then to not offer any type of apology or a discount or anything for their inconvenience, I thought it was extremely rude, and honestly poor management. take it how you want to but definitely not away to treat customers who frequently go here and spend hard earned money to be...

Service was horrible on 7/29/2023. I understand that the establishment was super busy because of them having the fight, but service was just unacceptable. I got to the location and was sat outside at 6:27 PM. I had ask if it was possible to put on a waitlist if a seat opened up inside.. all I got was that they were checking on it and what happened.. Nothing, they never got back to me. Then after sitting down for 8 min (6:35 PM) when the waitress came over and I asked for a menu, then another 15 min (6:50 PM) goes by and she was sorry I forgot and she went to go get it.... Still nothing. Then after my friends got to the bar she came by at 7:03 PM, in which she drops off a menu and we order our drinks. She states that she needs a card for the order and I advised before I provide my card we would like to speak to a manager. She said ok (Saying nothing that she will not place the drink order without a card). Then she came back at 7:17 PM to state the manager was to busy and could not come by and I advised that I still wanted to see the manager at some point while being there and she walks away (Again stating nothing that our drink order was not placed). Then at 7:30 PM we ask where our drinks are and she stated that she did not place the order because she didn't have a card. (Which she never told us she was not placing the order and didn't even provide water without a card) At this point I left the establishment, wasting an hour of my time.
