This Chick Fil A has some serious issues, from the owner operators to the general manager. one of our team members became ill from cross contamination at this store and when contacting the store we spoke with the store owner/operator Andreas who is completely oblivious to how cross contamination can occur he seems to be unaware that any uncooked food is considered a raw food and does not know how to follow corporate orders. First to make a corporate complaint he gave me a totally wrong number to try and hide the fact of what his store has done. I finally got the right number for corporate and spoke with them corporate said that per notification from the CDC that they are not to serve any romaine lettuce what so ever and notified all of the chains of this. For some reason this chick fil a did not get the message they are still serving romaine lettuce they are cross contaminating it with other lettuces and the owner seems to not be aware or follow corporate direction as when I spoke with corporate they have advised that this notification was sent to the entire company. As me and my family have been to this store many times we would like to trust that our food is safe and up to code however after speaking with the owner operator I would not give this owner or this store one ounce of trust that your food is being handled properly. This store needs to be investigated by corporate the owner seems to think profit of selling contaminated food is ok. We will not stand for this and this will not be the last review this store receives. This will not be the last time this store hears from us about this either if they are not gonna be in compliance we will find it and report every occurrence to corporate. Lastly the owner operator did not offer an apologies for giving wrong info and not being aware that his own company sent out a notification to stop service said item. We had arrived at 12 expecting delays for the lunch rush, but we did not expect at least 4 other people that arrived after to place their order before ours. When we brought up the issue with the girl taking our order, she apologized while making me repeat my name for the order several times. She then deflected me to another cashier who couldn't understand the situation no matter how many times I had to repeat it to her. After apologizing several times, she referred me to their "drive-thru manager" whose solution to the problem was extra barbeque sauce after more incessant apologizing. Not once was I asked "What can I do to make this better for you?". It's simple customer service when the business has made a mistake. It honestly seemed as though they wanted me out of the way as soon as possible considering once the food was ready, there was no more interest in pursuing a solution and I was told to have a good day as though the conversation was done. I understand that there will be times when one or two cars that arrive after will order before, but it was 4+ this time with questionable customer service...
Read moreI've been forced to use this Chick-fil-A because I am currently not staying at home and visiting my regular Chick-fil-A on Ina, which by the way is exceptional. The first day I sat in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes waiting for my order. No one apologized for taking so long or said anything at all after I said I was going to be late for work if I didn't get my . The second day I ordered 2 number 7 with chicken and cheese only. ( That is on English muffins. ) My order came on biscuits, which do not agree with me. I went back through the line and said that my order was not correct and received a second order which was again not correct. It had some sort of burger thing on the muffins instead of the chicken I ordered. When I said something to the manager about two days in a row of mistakes that caused me to be late to work she said, " well, we just opened." This store does not seem too concerned with customer service, which is really contrary to any other Chick-fil-A I've been to.
