Starbucks — Restaurant in Tucson

Poor service! The first morning I had to request my order be served on a plate instead of in a bag, unto itself a small matter. The next morning, the staff failed to get my attention when my order was ready and when I inquired about it, it had just been sitting there until it was cold and had to be heated again. Then, staff ignored me and walked away while I was still talking and asking for my order to be served on a plate instead of a paper bag, so that I once again had to ask for a plate, which took some time because they said they had to wash a plate because they didn't have an adequate supply of plates. People eating heated or prepared food in house should be served on plates unless they request it "to go," like they do at all other Starbucks, and there should be an adequate supply of clean plates on hand not to make customers wait for dishes to be washed. And, staff should get your attention when your order is ready rather than leaving it sitting on the counter so long that...

It’s nice being a local guide. Please don’t come to this Starbucks Daniel will think you can’t afford a drink here if you don’t fit the profile. I was at Safeways earlier and they were amazing bought my daughter a cake pop and me brown sugar shaken espresso. I have not been to Starbucks for a few years now. But my daughter was bugging me for a cake pop so I got one and a coffee. Early in the morning! I stopped to pick up a bumper from Verizon and needed to use the restroom later on in the day. Daniel says only for customers. Then I say ok I’ll go get my cup and walk all the way to my truck get my cup walk all the way back in and show her my cup, and she says there’s no sticker on it. Guess she thinks I stole the cup. Must be the tattoos or maybe she’s another racist. I said I bought this in the morning and she says nope you can’t use the restroom. This location does not offers samples to clients. This is the second time I come to this location and ask for a sample cup and they say they don’t do samples. Back in November I asked for a “Pumpkin Spice Late” sample and I was told they had to make a whole new drink in order to make a sample, this time today April 1, 2022 at 1:16 PM as it says on the sticker on my cup drink, I ordered two refreshen drinks, and a sample cup of one of my drinks and the lady said “We don’t do samples here, we don't even have sample cups” I am very disappointed with this. I wanted the sample of my drink for my daughter to try it. It is ridiculous that you guys give out cream cups for dogs but cant give out a client an empty sample cup to put their paid drink for someone else to try.
