I'm sad to say today's visit didn't go as usual, perhaps it was the time and day? That is, sunday evening. The drive thru lane stretched to speedway so we decided to use the carry-out/dine in option! First of all the entire inside dinning area was closed to the public maybe to help with the current situation which is a bit ironic and pointless when you have @ least 10-15 customers standing in a small spot on the lobby waiting to get their order in and out for about 10 minutes each! The dinning area is big enough to take the necessary separation precautions but my guess is maybe the employees didn't want to have to clean-up so much since it was later in the evening? The few outside tables were open and customers had to sit much closer to each other than inside so as I said.. pointless! My problem started with the cashier who rudely told my husband, who was wearing a full face covering bandana, he couldn't be there so he was practically kicked out. He asked if she had a disposable mask as most establishments that are this strict do, to which she said no and again refused him service! At this point in time there was no one else in the restaurant and so I think she could have handled the situation differently as he had his nose and mouth covered , unlike her who's mask kept slipping! Anyhow, we ended up having to wait in line again after I had to go back and order for my husband and it delayed our stay as a result! The only good point this time is the food, which was fresh, although french fry portions were somewhat meek in comparison to other times we have ordered! All in all the staff that was attending to customers today was not the greatest I've experienced @...

The chicken fingers are really good. They are always hot and fresh. The batter is tasty and not too thick. They're never over done. The roll that they provide with their meals is delicious. However, the french fries are mediocre, at best. You have to check and make sure you get what you ordered when you go to the drive-through because they make a lot of mistakes. But they don't mind fixing them as long as you don't mind bringing it up. There's always a line at the drive-thru except in the very middle of the night and even then there may be one or two cars. They do wear gloves when they hand you your order and they have masks on inside although I did see a couple of employees with their masks below their nose. I'm sure it gets very hot in there but, you know how it is... have to wear a mask. They are open till 2 or 3 in the morning, so it's always nice that they're there because you can get something hot to eat in the middle of the night. I think that they're a little on the expensive side, but where else can you get hot food that is...

This Canes location used to be good; not anymore. We used to come twice a week and lately its been bad and SOME employees rude. Order alot of food and asked for 8 ketchups and extra napkins small young lady said "sure absolutely" and put 4 ketchups and 2 napkins. This isn't the first time that happened; but, most importantly the chicken fingers and fries have not been hot, fresh and barely warm. We order extra tenders and half the time we don't get. They have someone taking your order and calling it in and I repeat 3 different times. This location has gotten bad and we no longer will go; today is the last time they cheat us. It used to be good. When in the Speedway area we will go to that location which is very good. If you go there double check your order before you leave and expect attitude from SOME employees who dont want to be there! There are some good people who work there and hopefully they...

Always love the entire Cane's experience. Parking lot and building exterior appeared clean and well maintained, free of any noticable deficiencies. Warmly welcomed by the highly enthusiastic staff upon entry. Ordering was quick without incident. Lag time from ordering until the food was ready and waiting at the counter was minimal at best. Unfortunately I didn't think today coleslaw was on par with my prior visits. Safely the coleslaw just wasn't very good, noticably lacking in any substantial flavor. The chicken was fresh, hot and delicious and the bread is always good. The dining room was clear and comfortable. Unfortunately the overhead music was choppy and kept disappearing only to reappear later. I'd highly visiting this establishment. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Cane's proudly extends a military discount which is always appreciated. 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲

Service was fast, huge plus there. Otherwise it’s mediocre. Canes used to be the gold standard, but the tendies have shrunk over the years and the tea isn’t as strong or sweet as it ought to be. Sweet tea should be almost cloyingly sweet, that’s the point of sweet tea. Not this watered down swill that even a northerner would say isn’t good. Also, the employees have a dead-eyed look that makes me concerned for their well being. Sufficient parking for bicycles.

This is one of the saddest box combos I’ve ever seen. You’d think the person who served me was paying for the fries and chicken fingers personally. With the increase in prices, you’d think they’d try to keep the food the same. But no, in addition to raising the prices, they’re also decreasing portion sizes. SHRINKFLATION! Anyways… I also bought 2 kids meals - both of which had a pathetic amount of fries and tiny chicken fingers.
