Read moreI went to Ritas with grandson. They were closed and opened at 11Am. I waited the 30 minutes and was greeted by a woman named Terry. I was under impression that she was owner, because she was so nice, so professional. She made us a Sundae. My impression is that she is the face of the brand. This company must be blessed by having her as an employee because I do not see customer service like this as I wish I could in other establishments, even beyond other ice cream parlors, creameries or companies. When it was being made we were surprised to see the topping were going on top as we assumed (perhaps wrongly) that they would be mixed in. Before he was done making it we asked if they could be blend it together and he said they couldn't. We suggest they just put what was already made into a different cup so it could be blended and he said they couldn't do that. Also, I ordered a large and a large wasn't really all that large and the toppings were sparingly put on.
