Disappointed, ordered and paid for a 20oz venti with whipped cream and got a grande 16oz in a venti cup and no whipped cream. Response to Owner: I never trust 'correcting' a server in today's delicate fragile young workers climate. They would more likely spit in your drink for pointing out they made a mistake. They cannot even handle the new dress code. I work in hospitals and each one has a different "required" color for my department. I have at least 6 different colors over the years.
