I ordered a LG Golden eagle blended with extra Carmel drizzle all over the cup, the lady who took my order was in a rush and extremely rude and not willing to help. She had green short hair not sure what her name was. But after I ordered my drink I asked her if I could give her my number to put in for point I gave her the number and she put it in wrong but wasnāt even going to ask me to repeat the number or even tell me it didnāt work I had to ask her did it work twice and I donāt even think it worked the 2nd time for her because I didnāt get any points from that order. They are actually helpful and were patient with me because I was overwhelmed on how to order correctly, etc. They're drinks tastes soo good, I think there is something for everyone. I began to eat healthier and not drink all my calories and they have an assortment of sugar free options I can order- my son likes sweets and so their Frosts seem like dessert, my daughter loves all their flavored teas, and hubby likes their energy drinks/coffee options. We tried not to be those customers who make you change something, because we understand that mistakes happen, but he needs to go if he is going to have that type of response to your customers.
