I don't normally give low star reviews as I have been genuinely pleased with many goods and services I have had. However this location has provided me the worst goods and services so far.
I updated my primary phone number, submitted an online order, and was given a 35-45 minute ETA. I waited the full ETA, then decided to give them a break and waited longer. About an hour and a half later or so, I began trying to reach the restaurant for an update as the app continued to say "Your Order is on the Way" and the ETA was still showing.
Folks, it is no exaggeration when other report calling the direct line to the restaurant only to be routed to a call center in an undisclosed area, and then be routed to the restaurant if you are lucky to. When you do get transferred, you are kept on hold for a lengthy period of time unless you are lucky enough to actually reach the staff members.
After waiting and a few several attempts later we then decided to drive to the actual location. The location was at least clean so I gave it a fair rating. I explained the situation to the cashier, who offered us a refund or the option to remake the order. She had also explained that it was possible for the Doordasher (yes they no longer have their own drivers which I don't agree with at all) more than likely kept our food. We are all tired and hungry by this point so we opted for that. We repeated the order three different times to ensure it was correct.
Here is also where we made a mistake. After being assured our order was correct, we get home, and realize our order was still wrong. My son had order the personal pan and side meal, they crushed his pizza into the lid and he lost his cheese and toppings. I ordered the Cheesy Bites pizza, the crust lacked cheese, the crust was mostly air and not filled much. As for my roommates pizza, it was missing toppings after we explained the order three times.
I then tried going through the same contact process again only to be told the staff member who can issue a refund of some sort would be in the next day. I called and talked to a fellow who was apologetic over what happened but for whatever reason he could not issue a refund. Whatever happened to being able to getting a refund in the pizza industry? I opted for a credit that I was assured I could use at any location I call so long as I provide my contact number. The app for whatever reason does not allow me to update and save the contact info. And I requested the Doordasher assigned to my order be reported as I do with any Doordasher or Uber Eats driver who steals my food.
Folks, be cautious when ordering from this location, whether you submit an online order or in person. Check your food before leaving or accepting at your home or place of business. Check all your information when using the app as well. Do your best to avoid having to call as well because being rerouted to a call center first before trying to reach the actual store is ridiculous. We as paying customers should not have to talk to someone in a call center first before reaching our designated store. This tells me that either this location or the franchise as a whole, is not providing quality service and is trying to avoid immediate contact with customers in order to avoid having to take complaints and uphold their promises.
Good luck with all future customers and orders. If I have to use my credit at this location, though promised I could use it anywhere I choose, it will be the last time I order from here unless they improve everything here. And Pizza Hut needs to go back to having their own drivers and have immediate access...
Read moreBeen going to this location for over 20 years and there's been a steady decline in the last two years. I always get one cheese pizza and one meat lovers. The meat lovers will be hot, look relatively fresh but often light on the toppings
The biggest issue is the cheese pizzas. They are lukewarm and dried out. They've assured me they're "made fresh" yet there is a noticeable difference in quality between the cheese pizza and any other pizza.
After getting food poisoning in March from the cheese pizza, I switched over to Papa John's. I decided to try Pizza Hut again today after 8 months only to get home and discover a dried out, barely warm cheese pizza. I made the mistake of being too hungry to go back and ate it anyway only to get food poisoning after 2 slices and am still sick hours later.
I shouldn't have to do a quality check in the car only to go inside, complain and wait for a new pizza.
I strongly believe they are making these cheese pizzas ahead of time to be like Little Ceaser's "Hot n Ready" but unlike them, they are not properly storing or turning over their pizzas, disclosing that they're premade and are charging full price. Why would I pay full price for a stale pizza?

Read moreThey must be way too short-handed. Orders take a lot longer than when the app says they'll be ready. Today. They didn't even give my wife the whole order which I didn't notice until I was home, though they could have called my number that was on the receipt immediately. I tried to call ahead and ask them to remake it because I live 15 minutes away, and was on hold for at least that long, Right up till walking in. I mentioned this, and they said they didn't have anyone to answer the phone. Seriously? They gave me the slightly warm food and a quick apology, but no coupons for free or discounted food in the future, really? Just a shrug. Definitely sets into contrast the automated phone message that says they do it right every time, because this...
