Extremely unhappy with this salon. My friend wanted me to try her salon (here) (my regular is TK Nails) for her birthday. I’m extremely particular about my hands, so only opted for a pedicure. One star as they could fit us in same day. The salon itself is very pretty, laid out nicely, nice art, very spacious, and….empty. Now I know why. I understand my toe nails are tiny, but my regular salon and any I’ve done across the country always do a fabulous job. NOT diva. Since I was only getting a pedi, I figured I’d splurge on the “luxury pedi = $45”. The luxury with gel was $60!!! The luxury one equaling $60 was supposed to include neck and shoulder massage and all the fancy pedi trimmings. Nope. She barely clipped my nails, and as other reviews here (that I unfortunately read after the fact) said, spent most of the time on the leg massage. I have dry heels, and callouses from wearing boots all day. She did not remove them with the “cheese grater” but just a little pumice stone with some gel and a QUICK rub to the heel. She clipped with the little tool, the extra callous in my big toe…. The paint job is horrendous! I’ve never seen a worse pedicure job of gel or regular paint. Blotchy, thick, going over the cuticles onto my skin. My regular salon I pay $35 for a pedicure MUCH MUCH better than this. This is double the cost and terrible. The lady was nice, all the staff was but not good. The tall man doing my friends nails did a good job on her pedicure, BUT she wanted a design for her acrylic tips, but he took SO long to just shape and paint that she forewent the design as we were there so long. He also kept nicking her skin and cuticles with the drill tool, and she was in pain. She said he’s very nice and she usually gets him, but he’s super slow and therefore she usually says never mind about a design. Also, she wanted new tips, and the owner (balding man at the front) told her she didn’t need new tips, and talked her out of it. If a client wants something reasonable, it should be accommodated. TLDR: 1/5 stars, as they fit us in, clean nice salon. Empty. Do not waste your money here. Terrible pedis, do not listen to clients, cut client’s hands, extremely slow for no designs, and overcharge for terrible work.

I had a horrible experience here. I’ve had gel nails for a long time, and the woman I got paired with did something I had never seen. She used this chemical to burn off the gel and used a metal hand scraper to painfully scrape it off (not the little machine or soak it off). She repeated this 5-7 times and it was extremely painful and aggressive. I told her it was hurting and she just started scraping harder. She then dropped the metal tool on the floor, used her FOOT to drag it over to her, picked it up and attempted to re-use it on my nails. I pulled my hands away from her and told her the service was ended. I went to the front and told the man what happened, and he demanded I pay $10 for the removal fee. I said she didn’t even take it off, hurt me, and used dirty tools and he said I still must pay. He didn’t even apologize. This is how I left the spa, my nails extremely damaged and chipping from her technique, nail polish and gel still there. I would recommend you stay very far away.

Every time I make an appointment here they always seem to remind me why I never went back. what you’re looking at right here is my nails done six days ago for my birthday to go out of town to Las Vegas while in Las Vegas two of my Active length nails broke within 48 hours them done by the owner. kiss press on nails are thicker than these. I am totally disgusted with the service. I got a pedicure as well where she Did not clip toenails or completely takeoff the red polish before painting them white which paint chipped off within 24 hours as well. I had to show her that she painted over my red nail polish.Totally ridiculous but now I know why I walk by several days out the week and it’s totally empty in there. May God continue to keep all stations empty. I paid over $100 for my service. I recommend Paris Nails if you are looking for a good nail shop. #ParisNails

So me and my sister drove around the east side about an hour looking for a nail salon that had openings for what we wanted and everyone was super busy we had gotten in and out of the car several times, lastly we went to “divas” nail salon and only I got off and asked if there was a spot open for us, they looked busy and the man looked through his appointments and said he would have time so I went back to the car and told my sister to get the baby down that they would see us there, as were walking back he walks out the door and tells us that he can no longer see us because his appointment who was 20 minutes late ended up showing up. It was unprofessional and rude to just send us away like that after he had said he had time for us it was also not our fault that the lady didn’t show up when she was scheduled, they should’ve made her wait instead. Very...
