I ordered online Bogo, Online the system said No Olive No Provolone cheese. In the store they had both. I asked Sébastien who was very helpful and corrected my order as those would be my preference cheese and olives. While he was correcting my order Trinity? I guess the lead there was in the dining room eating PIZZA with a freind. She came behind the counter to ask what the problem was. When I told her about the online ordering she just say "oh well we can't help that " gruffly with attitude. I would have preferred she just continued eating her Pizza. If your not going to be helpful then why get up. Sébastien did a wonderful job fixing up my two sandwiches!! He was extremely friendly and helpful. He recommended cookies which were very good. And my sandwiches were perfectly tasty and fresh!! I will definitely go back for more sandwiches if Sébastien or someone with that positive service is there. Horrible customer service. Today I ordered delivery room because I’m stuck at home with a newborn I can’t get out. I ordered a sub meal with two cookies a bottle of vitamin water and a bag of chips. Upon receiving my delivery from my door dasher I didn’t have any cookies and my sub had raw bacon on it. I called and told the subway assistant manager about the missing cookies. I didn’t realize I had raw bacon on my sub until after I placed that initial call about my missing cookies. When I called about the missing cookies they said there’s nothing that they can do about it but write a note for a future order but they couldn’t give me a refund. I want a refund. I tried to call back again when I noticed that my subway right bacon on it and nobody will answer the phone. Do not go to the location they have poor customer service and terrible attitudes.
