I have never been so disappointed with Starbucks service or products. Today I had the worst service. I know I'm picky with my ice coffee and I have no problem telling someone how I want it made. Its a shame that in my generation I was raised to respect to receive respect. If you don't like something speak up. Finally every business needs customers. So with that said when telling the young lady if she could please make it a certain way, I got an excuse me. When I asked for light ice, she filled it up with ice. When she gave me my coffee ☕. I asked if she could give me less ice and add more cream. She then looked at me ugly and passed me with her co worker. Thank you co worker for your human skills and manager for listening. Read moreLately I haven’t been liking the coffee here. When I get an iced coffee the coffee tastes old and not good. I try getting there earlier for better coffee but it still tastes old. When I ask to remake it they just used the same old coffee and are visibly annoyed at me. I hate to be a bother so I just started paying and reordering it when I don’t like it but it just ruins my day and I end up not drinking it. I would even tip when they remade it for me for the inconvenience. Some baristas are really nice but lately they have been having an attitude for everything. I understand the people who order coffee here can be rude to you sometimes but i don’t even know how to approach these baristas anymore, so I found myself now not coming here anymore. Today my boyfriend went to pick up our mobile order and when asking for the food he was told multiple times there were no food items in the order(when there were two). After driving off and letting me know i sent him the receipt with which he went back. He showed it to the cashier and she rolled her eyes then magically found the now cold food items that had been sitting for over 20 minutes. He asked if they could be reheated and was told multiple times that if he wanted that he would have to repurchase the items. It took him getting angry to get the problem fixed.
