The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Tucson

This was my first visit and my last. My son gave me a hundred dollar gift card. He thought it would make thanksgiving easier on me. I pre ordered a whole boneless ham online. The staff was pleasant, unfortunately the manager was rude and more. They bagged it and handed it to me. I left and 1 light away I looked at it and it said half ham. Not what I ordered. I went straight back. The staff said the manager has to correct it. WOW that manger has no customer service. She Said they have to throw it away being I left the store She was rude and wouldn't stop talking about throwing it away. I regular worker said she would take it. She said no. She made me feel less than anything. They bagged it, not me. It wAs $118. Please don't buy from the Broadway location.... The ham was delicious. The manager...

There was a bit of a line, considering thanksgiving is tomorrow I expected it, but the line moved swiftly and I was greeted by a man by the name of Sage. He was quite helpful to me and made my purchase easy and swift explaining in full what I needed to re heat the ham. I even over heard him going out of his way to explain the heating process and a few tips to a few elderly women and even offered to carry the 2 giant hams they purchased to their vehicle. They declined his offer and managed to carry them alone, they must work out. Anyway what I imagined would take a while to accomplish took just under 5 mins even with the line! Oh and the ham is amazing! Had to stop my self from pick at it as its for dinner TOMORROW! Happy...

My family and I have been coming to this location for 18 years, hands down the best holiday task experiences possible even in th heat of holiday rush lines out the door the staff is calm beyond helpful while maintaining speed at the same time making the customer feel important!! Thank u guys so much for making everyone's day alittle bit better. Ps there honey baked sandwiches are killer if u arent going there for holiday...
