Starbucks — Restaurant in Tucson

Pros - My drink has never been wrong at this location.

Cons - Just about everything else. The baristas go out of their way to not make eye contact with any customers so they can ignore them. This causes people to awkwardly pile up at the mobile order area not sure who is waiting or who just hasn’t been acknowledged at all. The baristas look exhausted and upset and the store always looks like a war zone. I’ve noticed they recently stopped accepting mobile orders, probably for the best. This location ruined Starbucks for me ever going back. My drink was so over filled with sugar syrup, it was impossible to drink and this is not the first time. I learned my lesson this time and will never go back to Starbucks as a whole because Starbucks response to me was basically I should have had them remake my drink. Well, in the morning people don’t have time to have them remade your drink all the time when they are in a hurry for work. The amount of sugar syrup the barista put in my drink was not a mistake and not even close to my order. Starbucks is a huge company and they can’t even refund a drink. Cappuccino was horrible. Milk was soured, espresso was extremely bitter and burnt, a chemical taste to even the regular coffee. I threw my drink away after the first sip and will not be back.

I have been to Seattle and know how delicious Starbucks should be, and this was the exact opposite. I dont know what has gone rancid in the process down here but you all NEED to fix it. Covering the terrible taste with sugar doesn't make it better and you're going to make people sick.
