It’s Wendy’s, and the food is exactly what you would expect, so no complaints there. My complaint is about a very peculiar experience I had with one of their associates. The woman who took my order, asked me my name, and was thoughtful enough to spell it correctly, which is something somewhat rare. The person who handed me my order had difficulty pronouncing my name and so I provided the correct pronunciation to her and she stared at me blankly and then said, and this is an exact quote, “whatever you like.” as though I was just messing with her. So I said., “ no, not whatever I like, that is the correct pronunciation.” Yo that she just stared at me blankly and didn’t say another word. I have to endure people miss pronouncing my name on a daily basis, but this is the first time anybody has ever said anything to me like that. Granted, I don’t think she did it to be rude or insensitive. I don’t think that this person probably has a lot of experience in social situations, judging by her age, she was quite young. But what the hell people? Whatever you like, is an inappropriate thing to say to somebody when you miss pronounce their name. Somebody like that should be in the back making the food not dealing...
Read moreAs fast food places go, this one is pretty good. It's not sufficiently staffed on weekends, but otherwise it is fine...friendly staff and hot food.
Update: We stopped going here as often, mostly due to super long waits in the drive-thru, especially on weekends.
Update October 2022: Well, we just tried again on a Sunday night. We ordered through the mobile app, immediately walked to the car, and drove the two minutes from our house to this location. There were five or six cars ahead of us in the drive-thru line. The speaker was broken, so no one could order until they got to the window (the sign taped to the speaker seems to have been there awhile), and when we FINALLY got to the window, we saw that they seriously had THREE people working. We pulled back into our parking space at home 44 minutes after placing the mobile order. It no longer seems a fluke that this location is understaffed. It's a chronic condition, and I feel sorry for the people who work there. We won't be back for quite awhile. Maybe by then the owners will gain a little respect for their patrons (several drive-thru customers gave up and left) and, more importantly,...
Read moreSo, we ordered 4 baconator fries and a bag. Got to the window was told the total and we paid. When we received the food, it was wrong (four regular fries) We were refused the correct order without paying an upcharge. I understand... however I believe the employees are supposed to check the order by relaying it back to you to make sure its correct. Eventually we got our order but it was horribly cold and not at all delicious. A horrible experience, so please make sure the cashier confirms your order before you pay. Something simple could have saved us a 10 minute ordeal in the drive thru. It also bugs me that no manager was around for a refund and that we were treated so rudely. We are the reason you are there.
