Zona Donut — Restaurant in Tucson

I had questions about their gluten-free donuts and called multiple times over the course of a day. Unfortunately, every call went straight to voicemail with no return call. Despite the lack of response, I decided to drive across town to try and support the business. When I arrived, I was told they were completely sold out of all gluten-free options.

This experience was extremely frustrating. Not only was my time wasted, but so was the gas I spent making the trip. It's clear that customer service is not a priority for this business. A simple update on availability or a returned phone call could have prevented this. I won’t...

Donuts and service was okay. I did not get what I order. The gentleman who has one arm was giving 150 percent. His coworker (female) could have been making his order while he was ringing everything in. Instead she stated, you took the order. So it's best you making everything... I did not feel the team work here. Hopefully you have better staff who take opportunity seriously. Time and quality go hand n hand. Till next...

Zona Donut is awesome! They have so many different kinds of donut options, it's hard to pick just one kind of flavor. The owner was super patient while I looked everything over and even let me try a couple of samples. She was really friendly and helpful, which made it a great experience.
