I came here on my lunch break and I got a bowl with white rice and orange chicken. My first bite didnt taste as it should and notice the chicken to be a different texture. I went to go back and let them know and the manager on duty was okay she was informing me of orange chicken being a darker meat but overall my chicken was red I didn’t wanna continue to eat it as it made my stomach upset and she told me she can only refund me this time as if like I constantly go and take my food back and left me humiliated while wasting my break time instead of apologizing when I went and didn’t make a scene I just politely let them know. But the cashier girl who was ringing up was so rude for no reason was telling me basically their chicken was not uncooked and it was just me being dramatic and her sarcasm even made everyone else in line question why they were in line when anyone in my shoes understood why they wouldn’t have ate the poorly cooked chicken this left me so bothered because all I wanted to was eat my food on break but all I got was my time wasted and left humiliated Never going to recommend to anyone especially due...
Read morePretty dismal food and I believe that the containers have gotten smaller. I don’t know but the serving size has certainly went down.
This is the closest one to my home but I won’t go there again. Went through the drive through but The food was cool and dry.
I drove past a in and out burger that was super busy to get to Panda Express in the same parking lot and there was nobody in pandas drive thru now I understand why
Inflation is out of control and still we have to be disappointed by what we’ve been served it seems just crazy to have such lackluster results unless you’ve been planning to go out of business.
I would assume that’s the case as we ate at the Panda Express on six street in Tucson Arizona a month or so ago and had no complaints or issues.
As a corporation why don’t you consider closing these terrible stores or would you rather grab the money for a short period of time and just run off.

"5 minutes for veggies" ok, "1 minute for sauce" ok. 15 minutes later I say hey is anything ready? "They did the sauce 1st" WOW REALLY??!! I said please refund the bowl but I'd like to take the Rangoons. "Ok I'll refund then recharge for rangoons" uhhh NOOO, just full refund. After a 5 minute refund process, " it will be around 24 hours for it to process after that you will see the refund" wait seriously, I'm late for my lunch break, no lunch at all & I gotta wait am entire 24 hours, or more for the refund???
