Update from 2-27-25 I have now completed a couple of online orders with free shipping on orders over $49 from Tucson Tea, each one arrived very quick, correct, and even with samples! Update from 10-11-24: Yvette, the owner, graciously helped me choose several chocolate, caramel, and raspberry teas along with several of the same flavors in non caffeine varieties. I now have the perfect selection for a high caffeine energizing tea in the morning, as well as a non caffeine good night tea before bedtime. She helped me choose teas good for inflammation and educated me regarding teas to help with energy. In addition, I purchased Créme Brulee and White Chocolate Raspberry, two of my favorites from my last visit. Update from 3-24-24: Eddie was exceptionally helpful and educating. He was so patient, as he explained the various teas and even made us samples so that we could understand and choose before making our purchases. I am really new to the whole tea drinking experience, as I never liked "iced tea." After last week's visit, I couldn't wait to come back to select more tea to enjoy hot instead of my usual coffee. It was an absolute treat to shop with this company. First of all, they have such a wide selection of teas that all sound so delicious and I really enjoy that they state which of their teas are caffeinated and which ones aren't. Secondly, their prices are outstanding for the amount of tea you get. What really impressed me was their shipping. I am local to Tucson, placed my order at noon on a Sunday and within two hours my package was at my doorstep. Lastly, the way they pack your teas feels so special. When I opened that box, it felt like I had received a present from a friend on my birthday. It was so magical to open the box and see my teas carefully placed in the box with a beautiful handwritten thank you note. They were also so generous to include multiple samples. It's obvious they put a lot of thought and care into making sure your teas make it safely to your home. I bought 5 different teas and have only gotten the chance to try the Tucson Sky one so far (which is so delicious! I've never experienced tea like this before) but I am so excited about all other aspects of my experience with this company that I had to come on here and write this review. I am so happy to have found this place and I am really looking forward to shopping here...

Before even stepping into the store, you’re greeted by a delicate aroma that immediately catches your attention. The atmosphere inside is inviting and serene—a refreshing change from other mall stores where you’re often hounded by employees rattling off sales or pushing products at you. Here, we were able to shop at our own pace and truly appreciate everything the store had to offer.

One standout feature was the bowls of tea leaves placed throughout the store, allowing you to see and smell the teas—a thoughtful way to connect with what you’re buying. The gentleman working there was warm, approachable, and happy to answer any questions we had.

We originally came in looking for gifts but ended up leaving with a couple of bags for ourselves. I can also vouch for the quality of their tea—it made one of the most delightful cups I’ve ever enjoyed. I can’t wait to finish what I have so I can...
