I know working customer service sucks. I did it for a long time. But you know what also sucks? Working customer service, looking forward to pizza and not getting the pizza you want. Husband ordered AND PAID FOR a cheese pizza with extra cheese. THIS IS NOT EXTRA CHEESE! I should not see pizza sauce peeking out. The cheese should be oozing off the slices, and sticking to things. What's more, it doesn't taste fresh. Pretty sure we were given a pizza that had been sitting in the oven from someone else's order. I'm eating it. Not sending my husband back cuz he shouldn't have to waste the gas. I don't know who the blame goes to whether it's a lazy employee, a lazy manager, or a stingy corporate/district manager. I'm not asking for anything fancy, but when we pay you extra money for the extra cheese, GIVE US EXTRA CHEESE. I'm tired of being short changed. Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars I would after todays interaction. It’s simple, I called ahead of time and asked if they took 100s and the female who answered said “not for delivery”. Okay simple enough, little irritating but understandable, sent someone to go pick it up for me. “I’m sorry we don’t have change for 100” mind you the change would have been 52, and some coins. The person I sent came back, and we called where the “manager” said “oh well if I was up there I could have checked the safe.” Yet the employee who was worker registered had loudly asked if they had change in the other register and was met with “no and not in the safe either.” Asked about the points we used to redeem for breadsticks and we have to wait 2-3 days for them. EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT. Called the store about fifteen minutes after I left and they first had no clue who I was. Then I asked for a manager, told her the story and she says I ordered it that way. After about five minutes of explaining that at first they couldn't find my order in their system and now it's that I had ordered it wrong, finally gave up. Had ordered extra sauce on the pizza also. Decided to eat a piece only to find out that there was no sauce whatsoever. This is also the only business that I know of that charges a "service fee" to order from them to help pay for the cost of doing business in CA.
