Dunkin' — Restaurant in Tullahoma

After waiting in the Drive-Thru line for 30 minutes. I received a horrendous order. My assorted donut holes were hard as a rock. Very dry. I ordered the croissant sausage egg and cheese Look like somebody stepped on it It was flat, cold, unwrapped and thrown in a bag. I ordered a chicken biscuit Very dry very tasteless Almost can throw that to the dogs I ordered a berry blast Full with ice taste like water The only good thing out of a 25.00 order Was the cookie coffee Each item was about $4 to $5 My total was outrageous for the quality that I received After spending so much time in the Drive-Thru because you cannot go inside unless you already ordered through a mobile app You can expect to sit in your car for at least 30 minutes or more You will receive cold food stepped on food and very very dry and tasteless food I am very highly disappointed because that's a lot of money that I worked hard for The food is inedible I said go for a coffee here and there but the prices are outrageous You might as well go to Starbucks for a coffee I thought the donuts were really going to be good because I went for the donut holes which are my favorite But not these donut holes in Tullahoma These are dry old and tasteless I'm highly disappointed Waste of my money and my time You can look at the pictures and see yourself Thanks for the brand new company Seems like you need to get...

I have given this Dunkin a dozen chances. I wanted to like it. The past few times I’ve been the coffee has been disappointing- bitter, not made correctly. The munchkins have been stale, dry and tasted like they have set out for days. I got a Christmas doughnut in February that was dry and stale. Today was the tipping point for me. I got a wake up wrap and it tasted like burnt plastic. The bacon was rubbery. I told them at the speaker I wanted the everything bagel minis and she kept saying a bagel with cream cheese. She didn’t seem to understand the bagel minis were on the menu. I get to the window and she shoved the payment device in my face and I’m like why is it 10$??? She still tried to insist I ordered a bagel. I DIDNT. Just the minis. I said bagel minis probably 5 times. I will not be back at this dunkin unless they improve their quality and customer...

My family and I love dunkin' Donuts, but the one here in tullahoma is absolutely sad. We haven't had a successful order to be right from them. We order breakfast almost every day, or at least we were until we got shot down with crappy service when we tried to let them know our order was wrong. This not only happened just once but happened all 6 times that we ordered and it was wrong. These orders were all in the same week. December 22nd through December 28th. We went in and asked for the general or district manager and was told when they were going to be there, but when we showed up no one was ever there for us to talk to. My family and I will never be back to the dunkin donuts in tullahoma ever again.
