Came in late on a Monday night to get some supplies for my dog and the older gentleman sweeping the floor (didn't catch his name, I feel bad, but he did say he was from Wisconsin!) was incredibly helpful, pointed me in the correct direction and helped me make an informed decision on what to buy. Can't give enough kudos to him for his politeness and his help. If he, or anyone who may be above him, reads this just know that he needs a huge pat on the back and a shout out for being such an awesome guy. Will definitely come back to this location for the customer service alone. Thank you!

(Approx 45m later) I am editing this review to extend my genuine thanks to the gentleman who helped me tonight. He is in no way a medical expert, he even said so to me, however I got home and immediately applied the products to my dog and the look on her face was pure joy & relief. If he hadn't asked me, i probably would've simply left as they didn't have the exact product I wanted, but now I'm almost thankful that they didn't. I wish I could've captured her moment of relief, however let this review serve as my deepest, and sincere, thanks....

Made a pickup order through the app for 50lbs chicken feed , was sick from gallbladder surgery and didn't want to go into the store . I arrived and checked in to the app that I was there and waited 15 minutes no body came so I called the store and no one answered so I proceeded to call the store another 15 times and still nobody answered each call got disconnected after five rings so while still parked in the pickup order spot I went into the store and saw 4 employees including the manager at the front I asked the manager how long does it usually take to bring out a pickup order because by the time I went in the store I had been there 45 minutes with no service she then tells me that she didn't hear the phone ringing and it might not be working I gave the woman my name again and she had someone walk my bird feed to my car . Why have pickup service if they're not going to handle it properly 45 minutes wasted and I almost didn't make it home in time to get my children off the school bus. I will only use the Manchester...

I only gave it one star because I couldn't give it zero! Went to the puppy wash with my pup. I asked if it was being used, she said no. Then she had me pay for it, even though the website says wash, then pay. I was going to pick up a couple of things, but not now. So I headed back & someone was in there. I waited. The lady in there pushed the start button when she left. I tried to push every button & nothing happened. So I waited 10 minutes & pushed the start button. Still nothing happened. I heard someone on the other side of the wall, stacking bags or something. I hollered out & said I needed help. Nothing! What an unorganized mess!
