Hobby Lobby — Local services in Tullahoma

This review is more for Corporate. I came in and dropped over $200 on blank sweatshirts. I get to the counter and they refuse to let me keep the hanger they come on. I’m sure these are ordered on a commercial scale dropping the unit costs to well below a penny per hanger. I’d be fine with a .50 up charge just so I don’t have to go to ANOTHER store to get hangers. Go to any store and buy a shirt on a hanger and guess what it’s expected that you can either keep the hanger or not. I run a small business printing shirts. I would never nickel and dime my customer or flat out refuse over something like a hanger. This is why all the brick and mortar locations are becoming increasingly difficult to support. You provide poor customer service at barely competitive prices. You don’t appreciate your patrons. Your workers are not customer centric they’re only concerned with their own paychecks. Just came back another time and manager April didn’t care at all that the check out lines were long she pretended to be busy grab a single cart and then looking over the shoulder of an associate who never called her and walking around with her iPad on her hip like she’s so important. When I was GM of Best Buy I got ON the register I didn’t sit there and call someone off their dept to come up front when I was already there. This place and this company is trash. Why would I wait in line to support yall when I can go online and not get frustrated by inept...

Last time I will go in here, we have these problems every single time where the cashier isn't ringing the items up properly. From pressing the wrong numbers to not taking clearance off of clearance items. When I asked for clarification the cashier had a terrible attitude as if it wasn't her job to ensure she rang up the items properly. I had 6 six inch flowers. 3 white, 3 pink. It would have made adequate sense if the one color was cheaper than the other, but she rang up 1 white as clearance, 2 white at full price, 1 pink at clearance and 2 at full price. When I questioned this she stated that they were different when clearly the tags where IDENTICAL on ALL of them. No color differences, no label or writing differences. No price differences. This Hobby Lobby store is one of my favorite stores for anything related to decorating, arts, and crafts. The selection is incredible—everything from beautiful kitchen and dining décor, stylish bedroom accents, seasonal decorations, to all the crafting and art supplies you could imagine.
