Touchdown Wings — Restaurant in Tullahoma

I placed a pick up order over the phone with this place on 9/14/23 at 12:45 which included an order of mild buffalo boneless wings and an order of fries & celery. i was working a 12 hr shift from 7a-7p so I had only 30 minutes to pickup my food and get back to work. when i got back to work my wings were sitting in nothing but grease, i tried to dip them in mild sauce and eat them anyway since it was my only option, and they were completely inedible. I’m not usually one to complain but the amount of grease made my stomach hurt almost immediately. i ultimately tried two bites & decided to call them, i could barely get a word in edgewise over the phone while the woman argued with me the whole time saying that the reason it looks the way it does is because the sauce she put on melted and turned watery from the heat of the wings. i have no doubt there’s sauce in that but definitely mainly grease. they didn’t even smell nor taste like wings, i could only taste vegetable oil. so she told me to bring the wings back in order to get the refund i asked for so i used the last 10 minutes of my lunch break to do just that. once i got there i came in letting them know ahead of time that i wasn’t angry, i just wanted a refund so i could get back to work. (even though my lunch was wasted and i was still hungry) they proceeded to talk over me and argue with me the entire time i was just trying to give them their plate of wings back. after they counted the wings on the plate, the man asked me if i’d ever been there before and when i said no, he told me that’s simply how they make them and if i don’t like it to go somewhere else and used his hands to “shoo” me away. horrible experience. bad customer service, i never got to tell my opinion to them because they wouldn’t stop talking over me and arguing. to make things right they should’ve let me express my concern, and refunded me my WHOLE meal for my struggles and inconvenience of wasting my lunch time for work, gas money for two different trips, and simple dissatisfaction. i wish i could have gotten footage of the way this was...

Another one of those lil Ol hole in wall type places, that has the best vittles. Not a snazzy pretentious place for the star bucky types that post everything but their poos online. Just place with good food. I had the 10pcs wuss wings/honey bbq , asked for fries extra crisp low salt and that's exactly what I got. Wings were crispy skinned deep fried (as all things eaten in the south should be), with just touches of crunchy brown and rolled in honey bbq, and a mild buffalo sauce. Were still sizzling when she brought them out to us. Beer she has is limited in brands (sorry soyboyz, no bjd light) but cold and cheap. Has a wide variety of wings and oriental food on menu and dime to a donut everything she cooks is aa good as the wings. I will be back next time I'm in the area and...

I’ve been to this location quite a few times, but the past visit was absolutely a travesty. Inside the restaurant, the temperature was EIGHTY EIGHT (88) degrees. It was purely asinine that the owner would not turn the AC on. The side of fries I received was merely enough for a toddler. The wings were cooked to order, but were extremely overcooked. Also, the inside was just dirty. There were napkins, straw wrappers and crumbs in just about every corner of the restaurant. My car was parked on the West side of the building and when I came outside, they placed a bag of grange directly in front of it, leaning on my car. I had to move it off of my vehicle.
