The opportunity arose to review this specific braums.. I know this is no fault of the store specifically, and I've worked at braums for over 3 years, so I get it.. I ordered a grilled chicken club, and I couldn't eat the whole thing after I ate a bone from the chicken.. it felt like it could have been crispy bacon, and I munched right into it.. I think it was just the 1 bone, but I couldn't bring myself to find out.. if anything, the employees at the store wouldn't be able to resolve, or even be privy to this issue, so I hope someone at braums hq sees this and double checks the process for their frozen chicken filets.. we eat braums all the time and the chicken club with pepper jack is always my go-to order, but if I find another bone in my chicken filet, I'm not going to be able to order that ever again from braums.. idefk how many of those clubs I've thrown down my gullet, and the only other time I've had a complaint was when I munched into it, it was still frozen on the inside.. I addressed that issue with the store in Ada though, and got another sandwich.. properly cooked..
I don't want to deter people from eating braums, as almost every time, it truly is a consistent taste and most stores do what they can to ensure braums is up to snuff with the other major fast food chains. My specific issue I'm complaining about is further down the chain, and I hope my experience at this store was a 1 off, and that nobody else is eating chicken bones today.
-oh thinking back a few hours, 1 more complaint that the store can definitely address. The fries were.. almost unsalted? Idk if that's because of a Tulsa law or something, but bruh.. even my kid who is fry obsessed, didn't want the fries.. maybe try a lil more salt for whoever worked the fry bin today. Much love either way, thank you for feeding...
Read moreAs a father, I was disappointed and disturbed by the behavior of an older female employee toward two of my teenagers last night. She first began complimenting my teenage daughter on her looks, but then started talking strangely about not complimenting ugly girls. Then she started complimenting my son's looks in a very suggestive and manipulative way, even referencing the idea of taking him home with her. When I came to the counter to pay, I was clearly displeased, and she began trying to manipulate me as well, saying, "Well, don't you think your own kids are cute?" She continued badgering me to buy something, or at least get a cup of water, attempting to mask the inappropriateness of her behavior. I was especially disappointed that she appeared to have a supervisory role of some kind, as she acted empowered to speak however she wanted to customers without recourse. Our family has always enjoyed Braum's, and will continue to, but I would encourage the management of this particular location to address these poor cultural issues and better train...
Read moreAahhh, Braum's. So uniquely Oklahoman. Typically, this made-to-order biscuit/burger joint pumps out food at a quality that's far better than its other fast food cousins. However, this particular Braums on this particular occasion would end up making a liar out of me. It seemed like forever as I stood at the counter long enough for all 12 employees behind it to walk past me twice before anyone even acknowledged me. My order was simple enough, just 2-#1 Combos with 2 milkshakes. No crazy mods, just a to-go order with everything the same on both. Get back to the hotel and start to eat, then find out it was all wrong. Each #1 cheeseburg had 3 patties on it! It was so much meat that it was hard to eat! The fries were cold and only half full in the box and our shakes were completely melted. I will say that I know they close down at 10:45pm and I didn't make it there until 10:20pm to place the order, but that's still nearly a half an hour! I'd prolly steer clear from this one next time. Major...
