This is going to be an unusual review. I am making this review purposefully so that the Charlie’s Chicken team and hopefully regional manager or owner of this location will see it. I have nothing to say about the food. The food is always amazing. My order is always correct and the people serving me have always been very kind. Now to my problem, I went through the drive-through tonight, October 25, 2023 at around 6:40PM. When I got to the window and paid, everything went well. The woman at the window was very kind and time efficient. She gave me back my card and told me it would be just one second which was completely fine with me. I watched through the window as what I’m assuming to be the manager (a woman with gray hair that was in a bun) came to talk to the woman at the window. While I couldn’t hear what the manager was saying. I definitely saw the attitude all over her face as she yelled and scolded this very kind woman who was just waiting to hand me my food. When my food was ready, the woman at the window very kindly handed it to me and I told her, “your doing great, don’t sweat it”. She looked very obviously upset and thanked me for my comment. Now, somebody may ask why is this my problem? I’m not the one that got yelled at, so why should I care? I care because it was completely inappropriate and unprofessional to yell at an employee or staff member in front of a paying customer. I care because no employee should be talked to that way by a manager or a fellow coworker. I care because I do not want to support a business that does not treat their employees like real people.
How I would like this to be handled: ideally, I would like the regional manager to speak with the manager/coworker that started this employee abuse. If it can be rectified and the very kind a woman in the window can forgive this manager for her verbal abuse, great! If not, I would like this manager/staff member to be replaced.

Read moreUpdated review: I LOVE the food. The service seems to be hit or miss but I would say most of the time it is great. I have had a handful of times I requested utensils so I can eat my food. I have had missing food a couple of times. If you order a kids meal, it will be put into a plastic wrapper which will bleed oil and it will get all over your car. You have to request a box which they do for a 2 chunk snack which is almost exactly the same. Which brings me to my next complaint.. The kids meal is a WAY better deal unless you buy a lot of chicken. Literally their 2 chunk snack is more expensive than ordering every item individually. They are charging their customers for convenience.
My last complaint is from my previous review in which I have a terrible review. They commented on it saying to reach out to their email. 2 months later and no response. It feels like a facade on their reviews making it look like they care but I feel like it's probably copy and paste. They don't actually work with you. At least in my experience.
EDIT: still no response from Charlie's chicken and I decided to visit again. I'm stuck eating mashed potatoes without any utensils. No napkins. Very disappointing. At least the food taste great. We never got any rolls We were waited on by Donna and her rudeness towards us and her coworkers which I found out later one coworker was there for the first night at this location. I am sure he was helping out in that location. I want to give Donna a shout out it looks really bad on you when you treat your co workers so rudely! And you need to brush up on customer service. Your bad behavior caused us to not recieve our rolls and we were over charged for sides. But just so you know it's people like you that causes business to close down.
