This location has a huge problem with attention to detail in the drive-thru. Speed is being prioritized over precision, and I've had my order botched enough times that now I feel compelled to warn others. I've given constructive feedback multiple times and it never gets fixed. I don't care about free food coupons. Get it right the first time.
CONS If you order a salad, there will be a high likelihood that they'll forget the dressing Their drive thru has gotten my order wrong multiple times: the order taker put the items in incorrectly according to the receipt, and the kitchen then messed up the item that was on the receipt, so there are two points of failure (a large Sunjoy somehow became a medium unsweet tea on the ticket, which then became a sweet tea from the kitchen) If you ask for something grilled, check your bag, because there's a good chance it'll be fried when they bring it out Dragonfruit lemonades will have syrup at the bottom of the cup (I once was warned about this by a worker who didn't take the opportunity to correct it), and the lemonades themselves will sometimes have no sugar because it wasn't made correctly before going in the hopper
PROS Their managers are courteous and quick to fix mistakes, if you've got the time to spare for a remake

Read moreWill not be visiting this location again. Slow drive through, submitted a mobile order and told them I was here. Waiting 10+ minutes in the drive thru to be told to pull forward into a parking spot as it wasn’t ready. When I asked for an ETA, they shared they didn’t Know as the order didn’t go through in the app even though they confirmed they had my order when I said my name at the drive thru speaker. Have been sitting in this spot for another 10 minutes as multiple cars run through the drive thru. I think beyond the uncharacteristic wait time for Chick-fil-A, what I was more disappointed by was the response I got from a few different people when I asked basic questions - blank stares, no kind of apology, no perceived hustle to make it right, etc. When I did get my receipt, the time stamp confirmed they had entered my order when I got to the food window and not when I drove up at the start and said my name and they verified I was good. Mistakes happen and while I understand this location is new, how the employees handle the situation matters. Even basic reassurances or a brief apology would have been appreciated in this situation vs. them acting like this...
Read moreEdit - I lowered by review to 1 star due to the response, or lack of response, I got from this CFA location. I even sent an email to the address they provided in the response to this review. Nada.
Besides leaving this review I submitted a contact form to the CFA website. The response I got was a generic form email supposedly from the location owner that came from a “no reply” mailbox. So it’s clear just how little they care about providing the level of service I’ve come to expect from CFA. So overall I’d say this location in midtown Tulsa is a hard pass unless you’re ok waiting almost 20 minutes to get your food in the drive through.
Yall really need to work on your drive thru service speed. This is the second time I’ve stopped in after class and waited a very long time in the drive thru lane. Why aren’t they having people move up so the rest of us can get our food? Terrible service at this specific location. By the ti emu get my food it will be cold. Last time I had to park and go in to get a new order of fries that...
