I waited about 10 minutes for my first refill. Then I asked for a box, and it has been 25 minutes since I’ve seen her again. The place is slow at this point, at about 10% capacity. It’s one of those ‘pay at the counter’ when you’re done type of places. I guess I could get up and pay and ask them for a box, but I like to test the business on how long it takes to do their job. I shouldn’t have to get up and ask again, while I’m leaving. Not to mention she also gave me a Togo cup when she finally brought my refill. Finished that pretty quick, and I’ve been outta Dr Pepper for another 20 minutes at this point. I’m gonna keep sitting here waiting I guess. But truthfully I’ve been ready to leave for about 40 minutes. Food was good.
Update: 5 minutes later they actually brought me a box without me having to say something again. So they remembered. I was very polite the whole time, this is just a straight forward, honest review. Food was great, but the horrible service outweighed the entire experience. Hopefully the next time I decide to come, I receive...
Read moreWe stopped in this place on a whim and we are sure glad that we did. The little orange building kind if stood out against the drab buildings nearby and it drew us in. Once we were inside the place was well lit and neat with a kind of homey feel to it. Our waitress was extremely helpful and friendly, and had some chips, salsa, and quest on our table in no time. Our orders arrived at our table in about five minutes and we could smell the deliciousness well before it arrived. We had alambres and tortas and it was awesome! The portions of alambres were huge and our friend was absolutely astounded at the size of the tortas that he ordered. The food tasted even better then it smelled and we were in heaven. The price was fair for this feast as well. We averaged about $10 a person and we're already planning...
Read morewent to this place to try something new instead of retrying this nearby mexican restaurant that had been bad last time we went, glad to try this one instead because it was very good and exceeded my expectations. its rare to find a place where the chips and the rice are really good completely on their own - on the other hand for the main course, i've had mexican restaurants that have served me juicier and more flavorful pollo fajitas, but i dont think any restaurant has given me a serving size as huge as they have here for fajitas. although the fajitas could use a little more seasoning and were cut pretty thin, they were stacked insanely high on the plate and were whopping portions. this restaurant...
