I placed an order for a group of our company team and I had a very disgusting interaction with this location, and to be specific not at placing the order. The gentleman was very helpful. However, when time surpassed an hour, I called to check on the status of the delivery that I had made in the first time I was hung up on the second time, I asked for the status place on an eight minute hold hung up and called back again for the third time and I asked the lady if she had checked on my status and although gave me the status. She proceeded on telling me to stop blowing up her phone because she’s the only one on a very busy day there at the location, it of course upset me ask customer should never be an inconvenience for any establishment when they’re bringing their business there she proceeded to telling me that she didn’t care and if I ordered again the order won’t be made. Needless to say, my order was never delivered and I would greatly appreciate it if somebody got a hold of me so I can get my refund!!!! Read moreThe food is almost always on point for me personally. I will say that the delivery fees are approaching bullcrap levels. We know you arent paying the driver an extra 5 plus tips to deliver so either put out a statement saying you are paying them the 5 plus tip or calm the hell down with increasing it I remember when it was .99 dollars no reason for it to be 5 unless the delivery costs have increased by a few hundred persent in the last 4-5 years(which no one would believe without a massive increase in their pay directly passed to consumers). So honestly just stop. It'd be better to charge a membership like costco (at least it would be honest with less questions, and something Dominos is one of the few pizza franchises capable of the quality of doing) than a bs charge like delivery fee that annoys people. Read moreThe manager was very rude, and I used to go in and order food hereat least 1-2 weekly and it had been probably 2months since my last visit and when I came in I had to use the restroom really bad, and the manager ran over to me before I can get into the bathroom and said we've changed our policy you have to buy something before you can use the restroom which was insanely rude and I never go in and not buy anything! Why would I go there? It's not a fun place nor is it a hangout spot, but I will go and order food and wait for it to be ready and then take it with me! I had told him that I needed to use the restroom very badly and he said I'm sorry the higher ups said that you have to buy something before you can use the restroom, and said it very very rudely!
