Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Tulsa

Very disappointed, I stopped by today 12/17/23 and the girl on the window taking order was extremely rude. I asked for a sugar free tea because I cannot eat or drink any sugary drinks due to my vsg and when the girl hang me my drink k I double asked her to verify if it was sugar free! She said NO we do not offer sugar free drinks here!! I reply that weird because to any other location I stopped by they always have sugar free drinks. It seems like she got upset and she took my drink back to supposedly give me a sugar free one. Well when she hang me my “sugar free drink” she was so rude and when I sip on my drink it turns out it was the same drink she gave me at first, it was not sugar free as requested and now I’m in the hospital with so much pain and dehydration due to the sugar on the drink. Very very disappointed. I will not go back to this location no more due to the fact that the employees seem to not care even I told her my condition and the reason why I asked...

This is my second attempt at getting the holiday coffee from Dutch Bros. I have asked for the candy cane mocha twice now and both times I was not given what I wanted. The first time I was given a mocha with peppermint, but no soft top and no sprinkles on it. This time I’ve been given Lord knows what that just taste like normal coffee. I don’t know what’s happening, but honestly, it is so frustrating to come and get a drink from somewhere and they don’t make it properly. I don’t have time for someone to remake a coffee when I already waited 15 minutes when there’s only five cars in front of me. The girl who took my order, barely looked at me. Slowest location out of any Dutch bros I’ve ever been to. I haven’t been here in over 6 months (I waited 45 minutes with only 7 cars in front of me). I’m back again because it’s the one closest to my house. This time it was only 5 cars. Order was taken at my car again, and I still waited 30 minutes. It would take me a shorter time to go buy all the ingredients and make it back to my house. I learned my lesson. I don’t have time to wait this long for a coffee. I can go elsewhere. On top of that, my coffee was not even made correctly. I had to throw it away. Was not good. I was really disappointed. I ordered a standard drink, their Kicker. No accommodations or changes. There is no reason why this wasn’t made correctly....
