Burger King — Restaurant in Tulsa

Please be very careful when eating in this restaurant. The self serve drink machine during my visit there this morning at breakfast was FILTHY ! I went to the counter and politely, with please and thank you, asked a lady who looked as though she was either a manager or assistant manager, if they could please clean the front of the drink machine. With a smile that did not reach her eyes she said yes. During my visit, they had one Customer that they waited on and one other person in the restaurant that appeared to be homeless and who never approached the counter. They were not busy. No Burger King associate ever touched the drink machine during our entire visit. As we finished our meal, we required a drink refill. I got some napkins, and because the bathroom is locked and requires a code, I went to the dispenser at the entrance with the hand sanitizer and wet the napkins. I had to scrub because there was caked on food, but I cleaned the area of the drink machine that customers have to touch. It is unfortunate that I live less than a block from this Burger King. Realized I'd forgotten my wallet, but I'd used Apple Pay at another BK and asked if they had it, drive thru cashier said yes but she'd already gone passed that screen so I couldn't use it. Told her it was the only way I had to pay on me, she refused to do anything for me, wouldn't get a manager, wouldn't cancel the transaction and ring it up again. Acted like I absolutely had to pay another way, after I'd clearly stated that Apple Pay was the only way I could without my wallet. Did she think I was going to magically pull $5 out of my pocket? I had no wallet, but had another way to pay that your company accepts! Was rude the entire time I was at the window.

Other trips have been ok, no one else has been rude really. But they regularly forget ketchup, sauces, forks, napkins, etc and close the window almost immediately after handing me the bag. I've had to tap on the window to get any attention to get these items after I'd already asked for them at the speaker. You should not have to ask for napkins at a fast food place! I came in for a late lunch and I was third on line. Customer service attentive when it was my turn to order and after the staff ended with their own private talk. Floors were dirty and tables still with food on them. I had to clean my own table before sitting down. It appeared to me that they have had a busy lunch time. It took about 10 minutes for me to get my order ready. While eating my lunch there, the cleaning started and I had to move tables. Food is good and price is a little bit higher than at other fast food restaurants for the same type and amount of food. About $2.15 more after taxes. It must be because they're close to an university. I rated 3 stars due to time to be served and the inconvenience of having to hop around clean tiles to reach to the available table and I had to clean my own table and the need for me to move to another table that I had to clean myself as well.
