I heard internet chatter about a sub sammy from Firehouse called "Pepperoni Pizza Sub". People were raving about it and quite frankly thought it sounded disgusting til I saw a photo of it. I need to try and headed to Firehouse. I had never been to Firehouse before. When I arrived, was greeted by friendly staff, ordered the sub, paid and sat. The place was clean, bright, natural light. Sub arrived fairly quickly, looking like the photo, delicious. Long story short, this is one of the best subs I've ever had from a chain sammy shop. I highly recommend.

Second night this week eating at Firehouse they had an awesome 50% off after 6:00 p.m. the first night of food was super good the second night which was tonight was so-so reorder the same sub I had the first night the turkey and provolone but added bacon and the meat did not taste the same I will try ordering again due to the multiple times I've had good experiences like the other night we did have the pepperoni meatball sub and it was super delicious and I always get a brownie even if I don't order anything else

Fantastic sub sandwich at great prices. We had coupons for free medium subs and it was out first time there. The kids both got the Hook and Ladder sub and I got the smoked brisket and cheese. They were delicious! I would have given 5 stars but they forgot one of my orders. I had to do two orders and the second one with mine and my son's subs was thrown away because it had the same name on it as my daughter's ticket. They apologized and made it right. The food and customer service was excellent!

I've wanted to try this place for a while and hadn't had the chance yet to try them out.. I was recently visiting a friend in the hospital and she asked that I bring her lunch and requested Firehouse.. so I went and got lunch for myself, my wife and my friend. I ordered 3 small sandwiches and 2 soft drinks. I was surprised at the limited and repetitious menu. I also wasn't much impressed by the lack of personality of the girl at the register.. we were greeted upon entering, but past that.. no one smiled, the cashier stared blankly at me when I asked for a recommendation and another girl who walked up and answered the phone during this question just laughed when I repeated myself.. then very loudly took a phone order right in front of us and I had to wait for her to finish up to even make my order... When I did order, I was appalled at the almost $40 that I paid for lunch. My biggest disappointment though, was when I got back with lunch and realized that "small" is only a 3in. sandwich. I spent more time waiting to order that sandwich than I did eating it. I was incredibly disappointed. That's like, 4 bites... Maybe 3... I know the total price was for 3 sandwiches and 2 foundation drinks.. nothing else aside of the pickle spear on the side.... For $40. I will admit, what I ordered wasn't bad at all... But it wasn't worth the cost. Just too little food for too big a cost. I understand they donate to first responders and such, but that's even AFTER you order your way overpriced sammy-nugget... Smh I don't see myself returning. Time to check out...

I ordered a to go order, picked it up and drove back to my office to eat. When I got back I noticed the sub was made incorrectly. I will admit it had several substitution; however some of the items I request be removed were not and some itemd I added were not added. Not a big deal, I drove it back down to the store to be remade. I've been here on several occasions and never had an issue. I called a few times ahead of driving to the store but the phone was constantly busy. When I arrived I spoke to Mariah (sp?) Who said she would remake it, she promptly slammed it into the trash bin. After this she began speaking with a coworker next to her about why someone would order a sub not the way it was intended to be made. Since she seemed very angry and was overtly talking about me to a coworker I asked for a refund. I told her I didnt know why she was so angry with me as I was just a customer. She raised her voice and said we are busy. I totally understand as it was lunch time. When I asked to speak to a manager (I'm not a Karen most days) she stated that she was the manager when I asked who her supervisor was she directed me to corporates number on the wall. She refunded the purchase of the sandwhich and I left telling her I hoped she had a better day. I understand restaurants get busy, I understand people get stressed out, but this interaction was completely inappropriate and I wont be coming back. Maybe additional training for stress management and emotional regulation needs to added to thier standard protocol of...

Bad experience yesterday at lunch. So i doordash part time and I've been to this place several times and never had an issue. Well this time was different Monday at lunch they were apparently so swamped the orders were backed up a half hour from what they told people who walked in the door. Also a group of people who had their food complained it was incorrect. I'm aware bad days happen but i felt like the employees got an attitude because I was doordash. Told me to wait like everyone else(even though doordash orders are way in advance) and got kind of sarcastic about making sure the order got the chips he ordered (so then I'm just sitting there with the chips). He literally had ONE sub I just don't see why or how this would take so long. I've been to Subway and Jersey Mike's also doordashing and seen bigger orders and it still didn't take as long(oh and when I did wait at Jersey Mike's the employees were nice and offered a cup of water) After waiting 20 minutes and going well past the pickup time I finally put the chips back and let someone else have the order and left without saying anything. Not impressed. Hopefully this is not a sign of...
