Sam scammed me pretty bad. I originally showed up to buy a 64gb iPhone 11 that’s posted all over marketplace from 279 to 299. I get there and he says they have 1 iPhone 11 available for 299 with a broken id recognition, so he then shows me an iPhone XR out the display case for the same price which seemed to be in pristine condition with working facial recognition. I figured as good as the phone looked, I would go ahead and buy it for the same advertised iPhone 11 price which they do not even have because they are “sold out”. He goes to the back and came back with an iPhone XR in the box which apparently has never been taken out the box according to one of his previous statements from when I first walked in the store. For some reason I believed Sam and paid for the phone with a case and I walked out the store. I get in my car and unbox my phone just to find out that it is all scratched up and used. I quickly became frustrated as I realized I paid 345 dollars after taxes for a 64gb iPhone XR with cheap clear case and went back into the store in less than 5 minutes of purchasing the phone. He tells me he is going to have his boss give him some sort of code to refund my money BUT they are charging me 20 percent for refunding me in less than 5 minutes. This Sam guy isn’t no salesman, he is a scam artist and unfortunately for him I pay attention to details and unfortunately for me, i didnt pay attention quick enough. This was my terrible experience at this store and I will never come back again. I feel so bad for this Sam guy for being such a snake with his sales tactics that I will just let him keep the 20 percent that he stole from me just from me returning the phone...

I bought a phone at the Lewis store. When I got home I was doing the thumbprint for security and the phone had a cover on it and I had to take it off because it wouldn't pick up on my thumbprint. When I took it off I discovered that the phone was cracked. It had cracks all up and down the sides you can't see it until you turn the phone sideways and really look at it. So I texted the store and he told me to bring it in and he'd exchange it. I got sick was throwing up had all that gunk and when I finally made it into the store he said the manager would have to deal with it. I live about 67 MI away. So now I have to drive into the store again and the manager is apparently stuck in Texas. I would not recommend buying a phone here. Waiting on the manager. So I guess this is a to be continued to see...

I got an iPhone XR and the screen went black while the phone was on it was still under warranty the guy told me it was dropped and that’s why it went black I said no it wasn’t dropped he said yes it was i know the phone hasn’t been dropped he was trying to scam me to either buy another or pay to fix it it’s really shady when someone accuses the buyer of dropping a phone that was never dropped the phone had been freezing and the screen stuck on black this guy is a scam artist I told my husband not to buy from him after he told my husband he would sale him a Samsung for 300 so when I goto get it he quotes me a price of 500 I suggest...
