Hey Boba — Restaurant in Tulsa

I've been coming to Hey Boba for about a year now, and I can honestly say that this is the best boba tea place that I have ever been to. I have tried everywhere in Tulsa (and surrounding areas) that offer boba tea and nothing has even compared to how great Hey Boba is.

The Tea / Smoothies / Slushies / Drinks:

Amazing. Phenomenal. Ten out of Ten would drink multiple times again an again! My all time favorite thing to get is a large classic milk tea boba with light ice. You see, if you get light ice, you get more tea and well... less ice. It's a win win situation. The classic milk tea is absolutely delicious. It is the perfect blend of ingredients. Honestly, I think this is the best thing that they serve. If you are into chai tea, black teas, lavender, rose, earthy, sweet teas, this is the drink for you! It's a great beginner drink but also a long time favorite of mine. The second best, I believe, is the taro milk tea. If you're a fan of rich, creamy, and sweet drinks this one would be great for you. This is always my go-to when I want to switch it up. All of the fruit flavors are wonderful, you can't go wrong with a strawberry banana smoothie with boba! Their tea is top of the class when it comes to quality and flavor.

The Boba:

Delicious. Melt in your mouth. Sweet. Flavorful. Those are all words I associate with boba at Hey Boba. If you drink a lot of boba tea, and I mean, a lot (guilty as charged) you WILL notice differences in boba. For example, I've had boba that has been hard, soft, melty. The boba I've had here has ALWAYS been consistent. It's never been too chewy, or too frozen. it's always a great texture.

The Service

I think the service there is pretty top notch. Go in, order, and get your drink. What can I say? It's easy and whoever is working that day always makes it quick and convenient for you. They have a punch card type of reward system, buy ten and get one free! I think I have a stack of punch cards from Hey Boba somewhere...

The Space

Modern. Cool. Chill. Clean.

The space has great decor, is always clean, and has a great atmosphere. The temperature is always very comfortable inside, even for hot Oklahoma summer days. If you're in a hurry, grab a boba and go, but if you're wanting to spend sometime not melting outside, stay a while, play one of the games that they offer (Jenga, Uno, etc), hang out, drink boba, and enjoy the space.

Overall, Hey Boba has won my boba loving heart. I am so glad that there is finally a place in Tulsa that has excellent, top notch boba. I cannot recommend Hey...

Always friendly and quick service. She also has plants for sale if you're interested in them. I've been going to her for years and she's never pressured me to buy them, so I'm unsure what some reviewers are talking about.

There's a lot of teas. You can get milk tea or slush for your typical boba tea, and there's boba, popping boba, and fruit jellies if you'd like. You can choose how sweet you want it, too. There's also hot teas and coffees. I like the rose tea. I'm curious about rose coffee, but I haven't been adventurous enough to try yet!

There's usually little snacks she sells, like cakes or tea eggs. I miss the cold spicy noodles, hope they come back some day. There's some nice big mooncakes there right now, and they're extremely good.

I like coming here, even in the winter, since there's something hot to drink. I suggest anyone curious give Hey...

This is the only place I trust to make me great boba at a fair price! (Almost a steal, really). The customer service is MORE than phenomenal. I am always assisted by the kindest and most pleasant woman I have ever met. She works so hard and even sells home made treats that deserve to be sold at a much higher price, in my opinion. They are THAT good and so well made. Their menu for boba is quite extensive and they even have non-dairy options. Not only do they serve delicious home made treats and Boba but they sell authentic Asian snacks and treats at a steal of a price! This is the only boba spot that I trust and am HAPPY to give my business to. I highly recommend...
