Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Tulsa

I can garantee i will not be ordering from Mazzios again. The driver of the location that drives a gold older can is super DANGEROUS! The guy was riding other cars buts and ran a red light speeding swerving in and out of traffic. Just super ridiculous. Then the company when i called to be transfered to this actual location the guy that answered at the call center was super rude and then hung up on me after i asked to be transfered. Then i called back got another girl then she put me on hold to transfer me. Then i got a recording that stated your call can not be completed as dieled. This could have all been avoided if someone would have transfered me. That is all. I'm just wondering if this is how they act on a none pizza complaint how much worse is it for a actual pizza complaint?? Way to go Mazzios one of my fav places. You guys really let me down!

Update these folks are doing a much better job love it. I have been in for some of the specials they have and its always hot fresh and the guys...

Mazzio’s delivery has gone down hill in a bad kind of way. Delivery was late they kept me on the phone 10mins wanted me to wait ten more for any kind of discount or refund. They are literally around the corner from me Delivery driver arrived 3mins after I got off the phone so that made it 13mins late. Pizza was luke warm looked like a medium instead of the large I ordered. And he had it all in the hot bag so you know it was in his car along time. Fries are cold ranch tasted old. The only thing good about this order was my Mr.Pibb was cold. $20 for cold food for one person premium price piss poor service. I secret shop on the side if this had been one of my shops it would have been a total fail. Never again, back to Papa John’s I go, at least they make it right. Mazzio’s could care less they already...

They don’t follow instructions at this location, so if you edit your order, say light sauce, light cooked, don’t expect to get what you order. They put more sauce than toppings and nearly burn the crust. It was rock hard and I had to remove the toppings to scrape most of the nasty sauce off to make it edible. It has happened more than a few times, so it wasn’t just a one off kind of deal. It doesn’t matter if it’s earlier in the day, evening, or at night it’s still not made correctly. It’s utterly pointless to put what you are wanting done, because they literally do not listen. I have an autistic kid that won’t eat just anything, and if it’s not done according to directions, what’s the point? It was a waste of money all 3 times. I will never order from this...
