McDonald's — Restaurant in Tulsa

I would’ve rated 0 if it gave me that option I was a customer at this McDonald’s around 3:40 but tell me why my cashier took around 1 min and a half to get me my order rung up while he was just focused on the other 2nd line I was watching cars fly by while I waited for him to “come back” to take my order finally then we got at the window and openly got upset and expressed to him abt it and he basically told us those customers were more faster with their order then us I’ve never in my years of working in fast food MYSELF experience such neglect and such disrespect for someone customer esp a big business such as this one but that’s not even the worse part once we got to the window where they hand u you’re food she said nothing made me feel like a henderous and very unwelcome threw our food in our faces and said absolutely nothing not have a great day nothing simply bI was so upset I started talking to her while she kept her window shut and etc she made me feel so unwelcome and so unappreciated it was crazy to think she is even think she is in fast food and this is coming from someone who worked as a Taco Bell drive thru for years I have no idea what needs to be done but to my fellow peers I recommend not coming to this McDonald’s because not did they all be very unwelcoming they food quality was horrendous over salted fries soggy nuggets felt like they personally targeted me and a young female I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AS LONG AS I KNOW THOSE PEOPLE ARE IN DRIVE THRU. if anyone willing to contact me pls reach out! I usually come here on laundry days and get 2 double cheeseburgers and a cup of ice because I bring my own can soda from home. Since the beginning of time I’ve never been charged for a cup of ice but today, the lady taking my order charged me for the cup of ice and rang up a water which cost $.40. Still, I didn’t know water cost anything but am fine with paying for my cup regardless if I get ice or water. But when the lady that took my payment told me my charge, I stated I didn’t want water I wanted ice and she rang up a water. She argued that they wouldn’t give me water and repeated how much I owed. When I got to the window for my food, the lady gave my my bag of food and waited for me to leave. She Didn’t even acknowledge I had a cup of ice with my meal even tho a cup of water was sitting on the counter. So I told her to make sure I got a cup of ice because I was charged for a water so I want my cup of ice. She was huffy and puffy when giving me what I paid for. I have severe social anxiety so interactions like this cause me to avoid coming back to locations because I don’t like feeling like I’m a problem for correcting what I ordered in the first place. I tried to call them too but it’s not ringing. The call just drops. Whatever tho. I hope to not have another encounter like this over a cup of ice or I just won’t come back. Not that you guys care since y’all get plenty of service but it’d be nice for the staff to give people what they ask for and do it right...

Front counter service was a little slow but the food was good and hot- FAST FORWARD 2 YEARS! I ordered a $3 bundle and wanted sat free fries. So after I paid the $3.36 with my rewards card and pulled up to pick up window, I was asked to pull forward and wait for them to bring my order out. I fully expected this as I had ordered salt free fries and they had to cook them fresh. I pulled forward and listened to 3 songs and watched several cars getting their order. I finally back up to the window, 10 mins later. And asked how long does it take to cook fries? The young man went to check and apparently there wasn't any salt free fries. Then the manager asked me to pull up again....NO! GIVE ME A REFUND. The Spanish speaking women said Dont yell at me...ahhh you shut the window and spoke loudly....I want a refund! Another spanish speaking lady came to the window and I handed her my card for the refund. She asked what my order was and if I preferred cash instead of putting on card. I told her that cash was fine. She handed me $4.65....my total was $3.36....ugh! Am going to the McDonald's on 1st and Utica or 15th and Peoria from now on....I'm DONE with 13th and Harvard location....thanks for the tip! But it wasn't worth the...
