I ordered The Box combo with lemonade. Great, quick service, and an excellent design for the parking lot and drive-through, with the drive-through routing to the back to not interfere with the normal parking lot. Then, there are multiple lanes and fans for when traffic gets heavy, although I've never seen it super packed. The chicken itself was tender and juicy, albeit not super flavorful by itself. The fries were decently crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The cole slaw is nothing special, and the Texas toast is unfortunately bland and soft. The lemonade is a good level of sweetness to be refreshing and cut the savory without being overly sticky or sweet. Not the best food in the world, but for a fast-food place, it hit everything needed for the right price.

The chicken strips are hot, meaty, and juicy. The toast is great. The sauce is amazing. The fries are ok but are best used as a delivery system for sauce. The coleslaw is mid but can be swapped out in a combo for extra toast or fries which I would suggest. My only complaint is that you can have everything on the menu in one trip. A Caniac combo has chicken strips, fries, toast, coleslaw, and sauce, and that's everything they sell. The only variant is the chicken sandwich which is just 3 chicken strips on a bun, so the only thing you can get that isn't included in the Caniac combo is a bun. I wish they had some more main and side options like KFC or Zaxby's or Popeye's. The staff is nice, the service is quick, the price point is fair.

The food was excellent, service was lacking, employees were quite rude. Music was too loud, made it difficult to understand and communicate with the order taker. Even when I ask for a refill on lemonade, they rudely stated it’ll be an extra charge, didn’t even ask if I was willing to pay it or even how much it is. I will not be going to this location again! I’ve never had this issue in any other store in the area that I’ve been to.

I went to pick up their food instead of door dashing because it would be cheaper. After walking in I noticed a young kid with glasses sitting by the front counter. He kept staring me down and giving me looks. After I ordered and sat down I was talking about it to my wife. Then he wanted to speak loudly so everyone could hear and get hostile just because he didn’t like my personal opinion about there service. After paying my hard earned money ordering extra sauce, toast, fries. I get home to see I was missing the $4 of extra toast and $6 of extra caines sauce. I called and immediately was greeted with an attitude and tone from there store manager “Julia” she proceeded to try and make it a small deal and undermine what I was trying to tell her, basically saying it was my fault he gave me a look, then continued with “he was off the clock waiting for his ride” it does not matter if he was off clock or not. If anything that’s every more reason as the STORE MANAGER to descelate the situation. She after words not told me she would cover the sauce. Then continues with we do not do refunds. After she got upset starting yelling at me then hung up the phone. I will never come to this location again. In the 14 years I’ve been coming here I have never dealt with this. Poor management from a girl who’s clearly never ran a business. Poor service staff being hostile . -5/5 stars for this caines . I’ll be speaking with customer service tomorrow to personally make sure nobody else has to deal with this bullshit you...

Ugh. I love canes. I eat it more than I’d like to admit. But I will not return to this location for some time. I know it’s knew so I’ve forgiven the issues I’ve had every visit over the last few months. But I am out of patience at this location. Will drive elsewhere. Chicken is generally fine, fries are usually soft. The main issue is ordering drive through. I’ve had a variety of employees so it’s got to be a training issue. I’ve been rushed every time. I barely have time to finish speaking one part of the order before they’re telling me the price, not asking if I want anything else. One person didn’t ask my drink order and he already told me the price and what window before I could get a word in to tell him what drink I wanted. Today the person at the window was rushing so much she handed me a lemonade with no lid. Followed by an unsweetened tea instead of a sweet tea. I have never experienced any of this elsewhere so they just have some...
