A few days ago I was on my way out of town with my spouse and four children, we decided to stop at Starbucks on our way out to start the day off right. We always stop at this Starbucks because it is so close to the house in the highway, but after this visit I don't think we will be coming back. We ordered our drinks and the line wasn't very long, so as we are sitting there we notice the car in front of us was being impatient because we were sitting there just for a minute or so and decided to leave, so we pull up and we notice another man getting very angry while getting back in his car and driving away also. So when we pull up to the window they are little confused because they didn't realize that the man in front of us had pulled away also, so they asked me to repeat what drinks we had, I had no problem doing that and did it again. After waiting another moment they give me four waters for my children and then ask me again what the other drink orders were. I told them, and they close the window and went back against work at it. They open the window and few minutes later and gave my spouse his drink and then asked me to pull forward because my Frappuccino wasn't ready yet. I didn't mind doing that so I pulled forward and waited a few more minutes. After a few minutes the woman at the window came out the door to give me my drink and realize that she had grabbed the wrong one again, so she went back inside to grab the right one, a couple minutes later she comes back out with the correct drink and a gift card for $4 off our next purchase for the inconvenience. I thanked her and told her I hope her day got better and we drove away, so now it being two days later I decided to go ahead and give them another chance and go back and use my gift card, but when I went to go pay with it it said of there was no money on the gift card and then I asked what we could do about it the woman at the counter said she didn't know what to tell me and then continue to ask me for the $15 for our drinks. Unfortunately even though this is the closest one by my house I do not think I will be returning to this location. I hope the other Starbucks aren't as disappointing as I really love this as my help as a busy mom and...
Read moreThis is my first and last time using this location. Their screen needs to be fixed, but thankfully they did read the order back to me- not that I could understand them or anything.. Whoever took my order was "what else" "what else" ing me all the way through my order in a semi unpleasant tone. It seemed like she was trying the win a world record for faster talker! There weren't even any cars behind me!! I got the same drink I get every single time, so I know for a fact that they didn't add the extras I asked for, and the drink tastes bland/bitter. Even the girl who handed it to me looked at it with confusion! I was PRAYING that it looked like that because they mixed everything for me, but unfortunately I was just too optimistic.. To top it all off, they didn't fill it up all the way AND it costs more here!! I have never felt so unwelcomed and rushed. Very disappointing...

I wear fuzzy boots & applebottoms at times so i was way due for some starbucks. 😜 i got a strawberry..oh crud i forgot the name, but it was remarkablely delicious! Beyond any adjective i could possibly think of. I went back again. I bought some caramel macchiato chilled drink by the bottle & mix it with strawberry icecream at home for my own version. With whipped cream of course & caramel/strawberry drizzle. I recently became sober 2 weeks ago. I battled a horrible phase of being "tested" i am seeking proper help & have God & Starbucks to thank for the healing process. For im blessed to still have my KIDS, home, car, & self respect..most definitely STARBUCKS & relationship with God. Thank you starbucks bc the wake me up goodness & taste of actual coffee in each sip not to bland not to bitter just ..... Impeccably...
