The manager here, Adriana, is an absolutely terrible person. She is unbelievably rude, totally unprofessional, speaks down to people who are not being in ANY way unkind to her, and is extremely arrogant re: shady business practices.
I work customer service, and have for years, so I am ALWAYS polite to everyone, ESPECIALLY those who are performing a service on my behalf. I don't raise my voice, cuss, or call anyone names. I do, however, advocate firmly for myself, especially in a place where I routinely spend $40 an order. When I am spending that much, I expect to get my money's worth. So when I order a venti drink, and then pay $8 more for shots, and you choose to only make half the drink so that you can fit the shots in (AFTER I call and specifically ask you to make it like normal, add the shots in, and just pour the extra into the cup I brought, and you say you will) – but then, once I've already paid online, wasted my money, and driven all that way, have them hand me a mostly black espresso with the smallest amount of flavoring in it, it's unacceptable. And when I calmly ask the barista for the rest of the coffee, before you run to the window aggressively and tell that it's made correctly, there is NO extra when it's made right (despite the fact that I paid for a venti mix ON TOP OF extra shots, not a regular coffee and four shots) and treat me I'm insipidly stupid for expecting it not to taste like espresso when I put espresso in it, it's unbelievable.
Those bitter shots I order are offset by the sweetness of a whole venti drink, but when you think you can cheat someone, take their $15 and only give them $7 worth of ingredients, you're kidding yourself if you think you're a good manager - especially when I calmly reiterate how I am being polite to you and ask you to extend me the same courtesy, just for you to tell me that you ARE being perfectly polite, I just don't like the answer and am expecting to get my way and it's not going to happen with you.
Thanks to her terrible behavior, I did some calling around, found a store with a manager who wasn't a raging jerk, and will be taking my $250+/wk business there. As someone who has waitressed and cashiered and worked windows and bars and security and many other places that require a level head, it's extremely hard to get me upset at ANY type of customer service worker, but after the infuriating dressing-down I got and Adriana's awful attitude, I hope she chokes on that...
Read moreI waited to write this review until they did me dirty multiple times because I understand that training new staff can be difficult, teaching complicated drinks to young people can be very hard but I finally had to say something because no one should be spending nine dollars on a drink for it to be disgusting. For many of us this is the one thing that we do a day to treat ourselves and help us get us through the day so to start off with something gross is a terrible experience and really the opposite effect a Starbucks drink should have. I don’t think these kids know the recipes because every single drink I have ordered here in the last two weeks has been wrong in someway. either the wrong milk and refusing to remake because they insist that it’s correct even though I order almost the same thing every day and recognize the flavor. The espresso shots - I ordered an ice shaken espresso that tasted like a glass of milk with sugar in it because I don’t think they know how many shots to put in this drink. Also giving me a white chocolate mocha instead of a mocha almost every time I order a mocha because they don’t know the difference or aren’t listening when they take the order and then when I bring it to their attention, they try to act like I’m the one that’s crazy even though I know the difference between white chocolate and dark chocolate.

Read moreI have visited this location 4 times. I order the same drink every time. They place the order on the ticket correctly. Every single time they forget an item that is on that ticket. I have to take it back to have it added. Today went through drive through did the order they forgot the topping that I asked for that was on the ticket. I walk in (normally it’s my husband that goes in) and the girl didn’t even speak to me. She motions for me to remove the lid and adds the topping. During the entire experience she did not speak to me once. The face that she knew what I needed tells me that this item is forgotten each time on purpose. There has not been one time that it has been remembered. I will be reaching out to management. When you call the customer service number the people do not speak English nor do they understand what is being asked. Horrible service.

Looking through reviews the experience is the same by many. Rude and cold employees who in the past have said I will have to charge you but we were already charged which is why we wanted what was ordered.
