Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Tumwater

2024 update: Attached is a pizza that was made incorrectly, but then corrected. I ordered a gluten-free pizza with extra pepperoni, ham, sausage, and provolone cheese. It was missing the extra Pepporoni, and there was no sausage. (Pictured on the left) The remake had all the toppings (pictured on the right). I did not understand their logic when I called in that my order was made incorrectly. They claimed I could not get my money back, and the ONLY option would be to have the pizza remade and deliver for free. I preferred a credit. But because the "computer was frozen," I couldn't get my money back or have credit applied to my account to use for next time. So, I complied with the corrected pizza option. As they can clearly see, I was not Exaggerating the missing toppings. (See attached).

As someone that regularly has things go sideways for No reason at all, this specific dominos team seems to be filled with individuals dedicated to making everything better, not because they have to, not because of some company policy, but because they honestly just want to.

I can’t tell you how many times this location has called me to clarify/verify or make sure I don’t place a double order when the app is acting weird, or have thrown in a freebie or two just because an unrelated issue created left over items or a customer changed their mind.

Ordering from this location makes me feel as if I’m on the receiving end of a meal train, because I know that 100 times out of 100 they’re going to do right by me and I don’t think I’ve ever felt that way when it comes to interacting with a company or business.

So thanks for saving the day/night one pizza at a time and I’d someone from corporate sees this bring back the old cinna sticks these bread twist/knots are NOT...

For the dime of service that has been provided by the red, blue and holy white. I have never expected to wait more than the time it has taken to drive to the Custer location. To my surprise they have always had my order baked, breaded and branded to the perfection that is expected for a Saturday night consumption of bottled booze, branded beer and breasted beauties.
